Please be our guests to relax and enjoy the sun and surf 50 yards away from the front door. You can watch and hear the waves from the front porch.

"Summer Breeze" is the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing get away. Come for a couple of nights, or spend a week or two and enjoy this comfortable, clean, well equipped, modern with old style beach charm-1960 sq ft beach house located on the beach road in Kitty Hawk at mile post 3.5. Convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping and activities. Newly installed private in ground pool and for a truly pet friendly vacation home completely fenced in backyard.

A great place to build lasting memories with your family and friends!! Two living spaces and kitchen areas are convenient as extra space for two families or couples to have their own little time apart.

Great location

Great spot with easy access to beach. Great amenities-pool, hot tub, volleyball court. Loved the fenced in yard-perfect for our 3 big dogs

Second time, can’t wait to return!

This was our second stay at Summer Breeze! Was just as great as we remembered from two years ago. So convenient for the beach and a few great restaurants! Perfect for families who love the water!

Great location close to beach

This property is spacious and would be great for a multi-generational family. if you're traveling with parents / grandparents, this rental is perfect! We stayed in November, so we didn't get a change to swim but enjoyed the lovely hot tub. The board game collection is awesome and having two kitchens is so nice to keep snacks / dinners separate. The host was very helpful and responded promptly when we had a few questions. The wrap-around deck is fantastic for catching the sunshine and seeing the ocean! The waves can be heard from the deck and property... awesome rental to see the sunrise just a few minute walk to the bea

The property had everything to have a relaxing stay and a store nearby to grab what we needed. Loved having the beach so close and a hot tub too. The hosts made us feel very at home and were quick to help answer any questions that came up.

Awesome spring break get away

We really enjoyed staying at Summer Breeze. It was in the upper 80s a few days we were there in the pool was open so that was very nice. They had everything stocked well,we can’t wait to come back.

Great location!

Perfect spot for quick access to the beach. The property is well maintained and the owners were very quick to assist with minor things that came up during our stay. The backyard, pool, and hot tub also make this a great vacation spot. Thank you again for having us at your lovely beach home!

Great Location so close to the beach!

The home was in great condition, very clean! We liked the separate spaces with the basement and upstairs areas. Hot tub is a nice plus!

Great November Vacation

We loved the two living spaces, and the fenced in yard for our doggies. Loved seeing and hearing the ocean as well. The hot tub was a hit and the jets were great after long walks on the beach. Great beach house especially if your traveling with children, pets, or multiple families! Communication was great as well

Summer Breeze Makes You Feel Fine :)

We loved our brief stay at Summer Breeze! Everything was just as described and just lovely. The short walk to beach was so nice and the amenities in back are superb! We hope to come back for a full week next year!!

FUN Family Time

We loved the 2 living spaces upstairs and downstairs. We loved the pool and close proximity to the beach. Front deck was great to watch the sunrise and people. Beds were pretty comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Perfect location

We were in the OBX for a music weekend with some friends. The house could not have been better! Just what we needed, centrally located between the venues we were going to.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed at Summer Breeze and had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the decks -- the big table on the back deck was perfect for meals and most of us enjoyed our morning coffee on the front deck. It was a quick easy walk to get to the beach which is nice. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable we had 8 adults and it was nice to have the fridge downstairs for overflow beverages and food. I would stay there again!!

Renting was a breeze, owners responded to any questions we may have had, house is spacious and clean, great view, nice upgrades to back yard, and the pups had a blast. Already looking forward to next year

Pool was great, location was great, only issue we had was having trouble getting the upstairs electronic lock to work when leaving the house.
