House was great! Layout was perfect for 6 adults. Kitchen was very well stocked. Pool and deck were very clean and lits of fun. Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for our family, easy to deal with the mgt. group! We rented bikes, had a lot of fun, easy access to the beach, pool was fun! Basically 3 master bedrooms and lots of space for everyone. Great kitchen! Highly recommend!

Clean and welcoming home. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even the outdoor grill was clean and ready for use. The pool was used daily, all day long! Beds were comfortable. We had no complaints.

The house is very spacious and open. Great for a larger family. However, the backyard is gross. The chair cushions were all ripped. The table was extremely dirty and the benches had bird droppings and mildew. You could not sit on the benches. The bunk bed bedroom has mold around the ceiling AC register, and the master bedroom sink had black mold around the drain. The house needs to be fixed up.

Thank you for providing your feedback. You called the office upon arrival and told us about the cushions and we had new ones delivered the next day for the outdoor furniture. We were not informed of issues in the bunk bedroom room and master sink until after you departed. We could have sent the cleaners back to address those issues had we been given the opportunity. We did reach out to after you emailed us when you departed and issued a refund for the inconveniences. The Vacation Company

Kitchen was probably the best equipped of the many we have stayed in. Loved the way everything was organized. Pool was warmed ,clean, and ready for us. If I have to be picky--we could have used more clothes hangers. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house!!

We had two families stay together here, and it was perfect. Plenty of room to have time apart but also great open living rooms to be together. The pool and patio are great. We would definitely stay here again.

An amazing home and property in our favorite neighborhood! Lots of space, very kid friendly and the heated pool was perfect for a fall break timeline! Easy and quick communication. We had a blast and will be back!

Great location in Sea Pines!

This home was one of our favorite properties we have stayed at in Sea Pines. The pool and backyard area is private and relaxing, and the home itself is beautiful! We loved the short bike ride to the beach and to Salty Dog!

Sea Pines Awesome

We have stayed in Hilton Head as a family several times using VRBO and again they did not disappoint. Quiet and spacious home close to all things Hilton Head and bike or walking trails to all things Sea Pines.

Wonderful place

We loved the openness of the house and the privacy of the bedrooms! Location is great…short walk/ride to beautiful beach. Having the bikes was great! Going back next year!

Absolute wonderful stay!

My family and I had a great stay at the house. Easy to find, easy to check in. The house was very clean, and came with lots of amenities. My kids adored the pool, and just a 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The beach was never too crowded which was also great. I loved being in the Sea Pines area, beautiful for waking and riding bikes around.

Fall Break

We rented the property for fall break with my 3 kids and my in-laws. The house was amazing, very clean and only a short walk to the beach.

This home was a great entertaining space. It was very open and comfortable. Guest rooms with king beds and ensuite baths were spacious and comfortable. Our 7 year old granddaughter loved her double set of bunk beds and slept in all four beds! This home had the most well equipped kitchen of any rental we have visited. The only thing missing was a set of potholders which we never seemed to remember until we were cooking! Would definitely consider staying at this property again. The Vacation Company was great to work with as well!

Beautiful home near South Beach. Loved the open floor plan and comfortable chairs for reading. Master Bedroom bed was great but queen bed was too hard for our daughter. Also the heat on the Main Master side was too hot so I would suggest trying to balance the air flow a little better to the rooms. Other than those small issues it was a fantastic property and we would definitely rent it again

Doesn’t disappoint!

This is our second year staying at this house and everything about it is perfect. The location is a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to South Beach. The setting is so peaceful that overlooks the marsh with numerous tall trees in the backyard. We saw several deer back there almost every night. Huge back deck overlooking everything. The place is very spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

Great Family Vacation

This was our first family's vacation to HHI. We were very impressed with the island and this house. It was perfect for my wife, my 2 children and spouses and my 4 grandchildren. It was clean and up to date with most everything we needed. We plan to return in 2025. Thanks, Jim

Fantastic Fall Break!!

The whole crew, teens and adults alike really enjoyed the home. The pool was great, got a lot of evening swimming in. Great location, about a 10 min walk to South Beach (Salty Dog) for pickleball and lunch and only about 5-10 walk/bike to beach access. The layout of the home was perfect -kitchen very well stocked. Coming back again to see our 3 deer in the backyard and to get some more pitching and putting in!

Lovely Home- Secluded Location, Quick and Easy Access to Beach and Activities

We had a lovely stay at this home. It was in a good location. It is close to the beach, easy to walk or bike. Nice rides to Harbour Town and south beach. We loved the seclusion of the pool in the back of the home. It backs up to a marsh area so you are not looking into the back of other homes. We watched wildlife every morning form the kitchen/back porch. The home is nicely updated and comfortable to house multiple families while also giving everyone their personal space. Would absolutely stay in this home again!
