This is a lovely little home on a quiet block, a short walk from Montrose's main street. A nice launching pad for our day trips to Black Canyon National Park and the beautiful town of Ouray.

Our Frenchie loves the large back yard and fenced area in the front to say "hi" to passers-by...always an awesome stay at the Blue House and easy, convenient walk to town.

Walking distance to downtown was nice. Family and I were in a pinch for a place to stay after a flight cancelation, and the Blue Bungalow was perfect. Short drive to the airport the next morning and we were set.

This was a fabulous mini vacation. This comfortable home is in a fantastic location, we really enjoyed the walking radius options here and the back yard was lovely!

My stay at The Blue Bungalow was absolutely perfect. The hosts were attentive and responsive throughout my long stay. Every possible need was already addressed with all the provisions necessary. The Blue Bungalow is absolutely charming - I loved the shaded outdoor spaces - enjoyed not only sitting on the front porch; but also, in the quiet shaded back patio. The proximity to Montrose Main street allowed for an easy walk to the boutiques and stores there; as well as the City Market just .5 miles away. Even a morning walk thru the neighborhood became a daily treat before setting out to explore the area and it''s vast offerings. My time in Montrose will always be a highlight in my memories. Thank you!

A very cute bungalow in the heart of Montrose. The property was clean a roomy. Loved the walkability to various restaurants and breweries. The only negative was how loud the window AC unit was in the main bedroom

Cozy and comfortable house

We were impressed by how comfortable the home was and the number of amenities that were present. It was a great stay and we wished that we had longer to stay in the house.
