Don't miss the National Park nearby. Go down to the Gunnison River as well. We had everything we needed for a great stopover in Montrose!!

What a sweet bungalow in a quiet area. Not too far off the main road to anything you need. Would stay there again when in Montrose.

We loved this house for our stay in the area. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, rest, and restore. Also, great guides to the area in the house. We would stay here again.

Charming place with a great outside area. Glad there was laundry. Black canyon of the Gunnison park is incredible, and Montrose is such a cute town. We had great meals at El Jimador and Persimmon. Gracious host, would definitely stay again.

Very nice property - just as described. I also liked that laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc were amply available. I hate to waste my time searching out for that sort of thing when I will only be there for a few days. It was a great place for us to base ourselves, to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

Two bedroom residence easy access to multiple Restaurants and grocery stores. Great jump off plane to mountain town, such as Ouray or going fishing.

The house was wonderful. It was very clean and in a great location in Montrose. I was not outside in the backyard, but it was charming with a nice outdoor patio and yard. I highly recommend this bungalow if you need a cute two bedroom place.The communication with the host was really easy to understand as well.

This is a cute place in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping and activities. It feels bigger inside than it looks on the outside. Plenty of room for three of us, but would fit five or six comfortably, except there's only one bathroom. The yard is beautiful, perfect for having meals outside.

The property was exactly what we needed for our National Parks trip. It was convenient to downtown Montrose, Ouray and the NP. The property was spotless, had a ton of character, very well-equipped with amenities and Jeff was extremely helpful in navigating our time in Montrose. There isn't a single reason we wouldn't stay here again. Thanks much!

What a beautiful home! We loved staying here. Everything was perfect. The house is well equipped, it is super comfortable and so cozy. We really enjoyed the free coffee and the outside patio. We would love to stay here again!
