Phoenix VI is set up with a real resort atmosphere that lets you know you are on vacation! Enjoy breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Beach. This 6th floor unit offers the perfect floor height. This unit is the perfect vacation unit. The unit is set up to comfortably sleep up to 9 people. The master bedroom directly faces the gulf with direct access to your balcony. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The master bathroom offers double vanities. The very spacious guest bedroom has a double bed and a second double bed with a twin bunk on top. There is additional sleeping space with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has been completely renovated with new cabinets, granite counter tops, tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The unit is tiled throughout. There are flat screen high definition televisions throughout.
The complex offers a great location in the heart of Orange Beach that is walking distance to a number of restaurants. The complex offers one of the best amenities on the beach. The complex has a huge outdoor pool with a bridge walkover and spacious deck. There is also a kiddie pool, and bbq area with umbrellas and tables. Many enjoy other outdoor activities including tennis or basketball. For that cold or rainy day, there is a large heated indoor pool, 3 hot tubs and racquetball court. Unit is convenient to check in with a front desk and outstanding lobby area that offers tons of seating, coffee, tv and more. The owner allows the use of their personal beach chairs, located in the closet on the balcony for each of their guests!

The parking is now 70 per vehicle. That needs to be updated on the website, on the email I got it said 35 per vehicle, 2 vehicles per room and 60 total. When we got there it was 70 peper

Not sure what email you are referring to. The welcome email that vrbo sent out states it’s $60/vehicle. I will change that if they are no charging $70.

This beach condo was really nice, very clean upon arrival. Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. Everything we wanted to do was on the strip and didn’t have far to travel. Would stay here again!!

We came for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! There are 4 adult beach chairs in the closet to use! The pool was wonderful and so clean!

Check in process was easy and smooth. Perfect location. Condo itself could use a deep clean-walls have stains, curtains dirty, bar stools are grimy and one of the chairs in living room should be tossed. The bunk bed is very uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise. There is a closet filled with beach chairs and beach accessories to use. However, half of what is crammed in there is junk. Needs to be cleaned out. The owner is quick to respond but I found his response about having basically empty hand soap bottle to be snarky. I’ve rented many condos and am aware they are not fully stocked. I do expect to have the bare necessities tho. For what the rental cost is, housekeeping should be filling hand soaps in bathrooms. Make sure you bring TP, laundry soap, extra blankets-the one extra that was there looked dirty. there wasn’t even any liquid dish soap-2 pods for dishwasher supplied and one roll of TP for each bathroom. There is a gym but it’s very small. No free weights, just handful of machines. We hardly spent any time in the condo, so worked well for a place to sleep. Beautiful beach and area, would not stay at this particular condo again tho.

The resort this VRBO is in was so nice and well kept.The property was great. They had a ton of beach chairs and even some boogie boards.Plenty of appliances and cookware.The beach view fabulous Parking was great. It is 55 per vehicle.Just bring your own TP, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and if u like to extra clean surfaces cleaning products.But we loved it and will return.

We had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect for our spring break stay. The ocean view was amazing - we spent mornings drinking coffee watching the sun rise and were lucky to catch several incredible sunsets. The location is central to all the Orange Beach activities and the property has tons to do (we played a lot of racquetball). The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. The bonus with this condo is the beach chairs - we didn't have to rent or go buy cheap ones. Nice touch! This is on our list of top places to stay in Orange Beach.

Great condo! It was clean, the kitchen was stocked with coffee cups, pots and pans and everything in between. The property in general is well cared for. The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect for morning coffee. The host was very responsive. I had reached out the night before we were traveling with a question and he responded within 15 minutes. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend! We look forward to coming back.

There were a few issues with the rental. The refrigerator filter needed replaced along with the handles on the shower needed to be replaced as well. I notified the owner and hopefully he fixed these issues.

The condo is located in a wonderful location. The beach was not overly crowded. It was the perfect place for our spring break trip! The owner was very responsive to messages. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Definitely recommend !

We’ve never been to Orange Beach before and staying here was the best thing we could’ve done! After a very long drive we were able to check in early which was awesome, and the place was very clean with beautiful views. Will definitely be staying here again!

Right on the beach! This property was updated, clean and quiet. Easy parking, security at the entrance made us feel very safe. Check in was easy. Unit had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. Would 100% recommend!!

Great place to stay!

Very nice place to stay. Everything was clean. The only thing that could have been a little nicer was the master bedroom pillows and bedding. Other than that it was great!

I started coming to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores back in the early 1980's as a high school student with my family. I later introduced my wife, Dawn, to the area and she fell in love with it as well. We have two beautiful daughters, Isabella and Gabrielle. Since that time we have owned a number of condominiums in the area over the years. We currently reside locally in Craft Farms Golf community in Gulf Shores.

We love the location of Phoenix VI. It is just west of Perdido Pass, directly on the beach. It is beautiful sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go in and out of the Pass. The complex is walking distance to several restaurants. The complex also offers great amenities which include indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, bbq grill areas with tables and umbrellas, tennis and basketball courts, racquet ball, sauna, fitness room, large owners meeting rooms, vending machines and a huge lobby/gathering area complete with a front desk for easy check in. Come and enjoy the wide beach and surf.
