Spacious, Oceanfront Condominium

This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

We very much enjoyed our stay with our family. The condo is well appointed with beach toys, amenities, and kitchen items - we had everything we needed for a great stay! They were also extremely responsive and helpful when we had a maintenance issue with the unit and everything was resolved quickly. We would happily stay again!

The Beach Club is an enclosed property with direct access to East Beach, the premiere beach on the island. Everyone is super friendly, the host has connections to various groups that allowed our stay to be seamless (e.g. we were able to rent a crib the night before, and we had several things delivered to our rooms). Cleanup is easy, and the room itself had a giant TV and smaller TVs in all the rooms. Great experience!

Great stay! Wouldn’t recommend for direct beach access. You have to walk through a marsh through knee deep water and filled with mosquitos so we just parked about a mile away at a church and beach access was great there. But overall was the perfect location and minutes to the strip with shops and food. Awesome stay! It was me and my family (family of 5). Memorial Day weekend and not too packed at all. Definitely a little hidden gem.

Would definitely stay again

Loved the location and access to the beach. The property was just as listed. I did see a comment that it was a far walk to the beach. It is not. We would stay there again.

The condo was great and exactly as described! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach from the condo and utilizing the hot tub when the beach got too cold. It was very well stocked, just missing a hot water kettle, we had to boil water in a soup pot to have some tea. Make sure to ask for the gate code ahead of time, when we arrived we had to follow another car in. I reached out via message to the host to inquire for it, but they never responded.

Great condo!

The condo was well kept and met all of our needs. Comfortable furniture, all the necessities in the kitchen, and a convenient location made it a great week for our family. Parking availability (especially with a large SUV) was a challenge. The gym, pool, tennis courts and beach access were all easily accessible and well maintained.

Weekend trip

Lovely condo in great location. In town for the weekend for a bridal shower. Everything was clean and as expected. Only small complaint was mattress in main bedroom.. a little worn .. higher on edges than middle of bed. Still had a wonderful visit to island.

The condo was in excellent condition.

The condo was amazingly clean. I felt very comfortable. The only thing that was wrong was that one of the patio chairs had a big stain and it was sticky but we just put it away. Didn’t bother us at all. Just a heads up for future bookings! Thank you for a great experience. Will definitely be booking again for the next trip and recommend to others!

We had a great 3 day stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We always have enjoyed every stay at the Beach Club. Parking was a little harder this time due to so many people being there.

Great Family Vacation!

We just finished our first trip to St. Simons Island and plan for it to be the first of many. The condo is the perfect size with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen was good for breakfast and lunch prep. I’m not sure it is big enough for full dinner prep. The convenience of the washer and dryer is nice, but it’s small and requires daily use to keep up with bath towels. The towels were high quality. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated, but they’re perfectly functional for a vacation stay. The king bed sleeps well in the middle, but if you’re trying to sleep near the edge, you fight to try to hold yourself there all night. This condo is one of the furthest units from the pool and beach. Though you don’t have the views, it’s not an inconvenience to get to the pool and the beach. The elevators worked well; there are at least 3 there. Everything is clean and everyone was very hospitable. We walked to restaurants nearby and a little further into town for the pier, lighthouse, and ice cream. In hindsight, we wish we had taken advantage of renting bikes during our stay. Being on the beach in front of The Beach Club on July 4th was unimaginable! We saw the displays from 4 different islands. Take a blanket or chairs and enjoy. Speaking of the beach — it’s great!!!! Even at high tide, you have plenty of sand. Low tide is a long walk to the water, but it’s through sand, not muck. We enjoyed the beach from early morning until late evening. We will definitely be back to The Beach Club.
