Veteran owned and operated. Newly renovated home in the heart of Colorado Springs. This home is close to Old Colorado City, Downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado College, UCCS, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, 20 minutes from United States Air Force Academy, and other great attractions. There is shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trails to enjoy on your stay. Heat/Central AC/Dishwasher/Washer/Dryer/Wi-Fi

The Space:
This home has just been renovated with new kitchen and bathroom with trending features and decoration. Guest will have full access to the house and back yard. 2 Bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattresses, 1 Bedroom with a twin day bed (additional twin can be pulled out). Newly renovated bathroom. The kitchen is renovated with beautiful new appliances and counter tops. The kitchen is supplied with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and more. Washer and dryer for your convivence. Living room has a TV and Wi-Fi is available for your stay.
The back yard has a covered patio with hammock, chairs, and grill for the long summer nights. Keep your car parked in the driveway with additional driveway and street access.
Non-smoking and no pets.
We are both Colorado natives. We love this town and would love to help you make your stay enjoyable.

Cosy and comfortable home in Colorado Springs in a quiet residential location. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare simple meals and the bedrooms were comfortable. Shops were a short drive away, and not too far from Pikes Peak and Garden of the God's.Check in was smooth.

This little Colorado cottage is absolutely lovely and was exactly what we were looking for! The owners clearly put so much thought and care into every detail, making the home feel incredibly comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time in Colorado. We truly appreciated all the little touches that made our stay feel special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect location for our needs se traveled between the Springs and Woodland Park. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was well stocked. There beds were very comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy.

The location was absolutely perfect. Just down the road from garden of the gods which we went to everyday sometimes twice a day. Extremely close to Old Colorado City. Very convenient to other locations. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels, laundry detergent and dish soap. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could possibly need. Once the front door lock, got a little finikey but other than that everything was absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

The property itself is close proximity to Manitou Springs. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed could have used some better pans and more silverware if you want to cook in like we do. All in all it served our needs. A family would be difficult due to only one bathroom but that is how the homes in this area were built at that time. It is a quiet area which was nice. And having AC was a bonus too as a lot of homes again in the area do not have this. I don’t like windows without blinds and the kitchen does not have any, the rest of the house does though. Lots of clean towels and very nice linens. Only thing is the washer it really needs cleaned as most front load ones do. The price was very good and we would stay again when in the Springs.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for our family to stay over Air Force Parent's Weekend. Close to just about everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect little stay! We had toddlers w us on our trip and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for early sleepers, deer/rabbits wandering front yards in the morning and just a quick drive to grocery or old town dining & shops!! We loved it; clean, updated, nice decor.

Great stay!

Great time staying here! Great location 7 minutes from downtown Colorado with many shops and eating, close to garden of the gods and easy to get in and out! Very clean and easy process. Would stay here again if in the area :)
