Great location. The short walk to town with many different resteraunts to choose from was great. The pool onsite with BBQ grills was also a nice option. The beach right next door was amazing for hanging out in the water or body surfing. Overall a great stay.

Superb location in Kona. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching/listening to the ocean crash into the rocks below. Sunsets very spectacular. Apartment had everything we needed including ceiling fans, which really helped keep us cool. Within easy walking distance of coffee shops, good restaurants and other shops. Stores like Safeway and Walmart only about a 10-15 min drive away. Communication with hosts was also very good. Strongly recommended.

We have stayed at this property twice now. The location is outstanding and Conrad was there anytime we needed anything!!! We highly recommend staying here!!!

Short walk to town super close to a lot of great food options.

Loved our stay.

We loved our stay at this condo. We loved the updates, style, cleanliness, pool, and location with the beach and town close by. We have been to Kona many times and this was one of our favorite places to stay. It was a warm and friendly atmosphere!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our time in Kona! The condo is as described and had everything you could need. The best part was the location. We walked to town everyday and enjoyed restaurants, shopping and sunsets.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! The pool was the perfect temperature, the location was close to everything. Excellent view on the lanai of the ocean, pool and sunsets.The recommendations from the host were very helpful, thank you for all the info. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and it was easy to communicate with the owners. We would recommend this to anyone visiting the Big Island!

Great Views and Location

This was the second year in a row that we've stayed in this condo. We love the location near shopping, restaurants and of course the view. Great spot to also venture out to any part of the island. Volcano National Park is a must see with lava flowing in the crater once again.

My wife Denise and I are from Colorado. Owning in Kailua-Kona has been a dream of ours for over 16 years, but I first came to Hawaii as a child when it was still a territory. I grew up mostly in the Philippine Islands as my dad was Army/Air Force and my mom is Filipina. Denise is originally from the Garden State of New Jersey. We met in college, married and went on to be life-long educators. I have been bringing family here since 2004 and we still find tremendous magic in this tropical paradise called Hawai'i. We hope you will consider our condo as part of your vacation journey to the Aloha land of Big Island Hawaii.

This Kona Reef property appealed to my wife and me for many reasons, but most of all: Location, Location, Location! Other condos advertise a small window of a distant ocean view and then tell you that ocean is a 5 minute drive away and the nearest sandy beach is 3.6 miles away. Then they charge about the same per night as we do! Take a peek at the unique benefits of our Kona Reef condo.
