The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
Coach house, garage on lower level, ample parking. Everything in unit was operational. Beds/bedding great. New appliances. Outlets in kitchen were dead. Shower head in bathroom 1 spewed water on the floor. W/D located in garage not in unit. Main blind over stairwell broken. Shower door in master bath off track. No antenna on TV’s to get local programs. No suitcase racks/bench. Noisy neighborhood, traffic, hospital helicopters. Surrounding properties run down. Not close to grocery/restaurants. Door from stairwell leading into garage only locks from garage side. Can’t be locked from inside unit to prevent passage from garage into unit. Major Safety Issue. Did not feel comfortable during the stay. After messaging owner, power issue in kitchen wasn’t fixed. Had to move toaster oven/microwave to sitting area & working outlet each day. I fixed shower head & shower door. Suggestions-add coat rack at entry. End table between couches. Add a lamp to it. TV antenna on main TV. Luggage stands. Add shelf above hang bars in BR’s. Put some hooks throughout to hang clothes, backpacks, etc. Lights on BR end tables not good. Unit could be great but too many issues/inconveniences. Dollars paid did not equal value received. Would not stay again. Unit pics on VRBO looked inviting but we saw something less than ideal. When you pay that $$ amount you expect a better experience. Wish it could’ve been.
