This New vacation rental has been completely remodeled and professionally designed specifically for your needs. 4 min drive to downtown, 8min to Olympic Trng Cntr, 17min to Garden of Gods, 25min to AirForce Academy, 34 min to base of Pikes Peak, new AC & Heat, 2 bed 2 bath w/sleeper couch can host 6, fast WiFi, no pets ever (fine is $5000)new everything, kitchen, bathrooms, private parking, close to everything! Great for families or small business groups! This property is an entire guest house located behind the Main house. You will see the Main house from the street (see pictures), pull into the long driveway, drive past the main house and park in the gravel alongside the guest house. You have 2 parking spots. Additional parking available on the street if needed.

Cozy and Convenient

This property is in a wonderful location. We walked into the city every day and its a short drive to a lot of wonderful sites. The property was very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Great house

We were a big fan of the house, very clean and updated. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The couch in the living room was a bit sunken in but otherwise everything was great

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

Coach house, garage on lower level, ample parking. Everything in unit was operational. Beds/bedding great. New appliances. Outlets in kitchen were dead. Shower head in bathroom 1 spewed water on the floor. W/D located in garage not in unit. Main blind over stairwell broken. Shower door in master bath off track. No antenna on TV’s to get local programs. No suitcase racks/bench. Noisy neighborhood, traffic, hospital helicopters. Surrounding properties run down. Not close to grocery/restaurants. Door from stairwell leading into garage only locks from garage side. Can’t be locked from inside unit to prevent passage from garage into unit. Major Safety Issue. Did not feel comfortable during the stay. After messaging owner, power issue in kitchen wasn’t fixed. Had to move toaster oven/microwave to sitting area & working outlet each day. I fixed shower head & shower door. Suggestions-add coat rack at entry. End table between couches. Add a lamp to it. TV antenna on main TV. Luggage stands. Add shelf above hang bars in BR’s. Put some hooks throughout to hang clothes, backpacks, etc. Lights on BR end tables not good. Unit could be great but too many issues/inconveniences. Dollars paid did not equal value received. Would not stay again. Unit pics on VRBO looked inviting but we saw something less than ideal. When you pay that $$ amount you expect a better experience. Wish it could’ve been.

Vacation Rental

Nice updated upstairs rental. Close to everything we wanted to visit. Just a few things that need mentioned...carpet needs replaced with hard surface. Very stained and looks dirty. Thermostat would not keep constant temperature.

It was clean but not brand new. Needs hard surface for flooring instead of carpet.

Overall nice and clean but needs the thermostat to stay at a comfortable constant temp. It was set to a chilly 60’s during the night and we woke up freezing. Bedding was really nice. Couch is sagging and needs replaced. No side tables or lamps in the living room. Lamps needed in 2nd bedroom as well. No closets just a rod with 3 hangers. 1 of the pluses was USB chargers on either sides of beds.

The location worked out well for us being in the Colorado Springs area. The bathrooms were a little on the small side though

Great Location.

Very clean. Would have been nice to have more linens and other supplies. Issue with the Nest lock and we were locked out. Very difficult to contact property owner. He was helpful once finally reached.

Garage Apartment in Colorado Springs

It was in a great location. Check in went very smoothly, seamless. It was well equipped and very clean. Having a bathroom for both bedrooms was excellent. We highly recommended it for two couples or a family of four.

Colorado Springs Adventure

The property was accurately described via Vrbo; the owner, Brandon Tripp, responded quickly to my questions and was pleasant. The bedding was of high quality, and the freshness of the home was lightly scented. The unit was comfortable, with TVs in each room. However, the towel rack in the primary bedroom was broken, and the door knob to the laundry room came off when pulling the door open. I was able to reattach the doorknob, which was a temporary fix. Also, the staircase railing appeared loose in the middle section, which could be a safety hazard. I spoke and left a note for Brandon Tripp regarding those above.

Close to what we wanted to see like Garden of the Gods caves of the wind

The beds we're very comfortable for the most part it was clean comfortable carpets for a little dirty but when I contacted the owner he immediately had them cleaned

Great place to stay! Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as it should be and very clean. As stated in another review, the carpets could be cleaned but other than that, no issues whatsoever. The host is super communicative.

Perfect 2 bedroom

Loved everything about this 2 bedroom. From going upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. Perfect for a party of 4. Very equipped but we didn’t use any kitchen utensils or the kitchen or dining table. Highly recommend!
