This 2700 sq foot home is excellent for large groups seeking to enjoy all Nashville has to offer! Everything that you desire is within walking distance or a just short uber / scooter ride if you do not feel like exploring by foot: Germantown, Broadway, Downtown, The Gulch, Farmer's Market, Bridgestone, Nissan Stadium and Top Golf!

Superb Everything!!!!

Myself and 6 family members - ages 32-70, stayed at this wonderful, spacious place! We loved it all! We were able to walk downtown within 30 minutes. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed coffee on the rooftop everyday! The host was able to allow us an early check-in...which we thought was AMAZING!! Checking-out was easy and pretty simple - with the usual tasks asked of a VRBO. We were impressed and hope to be back sometime in the future!! We will definitely stay here when we do come back!

Rooftop Paradise

Our experience with our stay in Nashville and especially the house accomodations was exceptional. The house was roomy and comfortable. Everything in the hose was clean and the bathrooms were spotless.

Celebrating 21

Our group of 8, 4 in our 50s and 4 early 20s, came to celebrate a 21st birthday! The house was PERFECT and a wonderful host! Clean, spacious, and welcoming!!! Perfect for a larger group with easy access for Ubering to the Broadway nightlife or Gulch!

Great time in Nashville! Great Stay!

The house was as advertised! Very clean property and working with the host for check in and check out was awesome! Our group had a great time in Nashville and the location was perfect for us. I would recommend this property and host 100 times over! The property was clean and very well maintained. Our group ended every evening enjoying the rooftop fire pit and lounge area.

Great house for stay in Nashville!

This is a wonderful place for a group-lots of room for gathering and cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing a meal. We were up on the rooftop every night during our visit-great views of downtown Nashville. Downtown is only a short Uber away. I highly recommend Ryan's house!

Little gem!

Ryan was super accommodating and friendly! The house was perfect for our group and a very quick Uber to everything we needed. We spent several nights enjoying the roof top! The perfect location close to everything but just out of the chaos as well!

Weekend Wedding in Nashville

We were there for my nieces wedding and staying in this beautiful house was a bonus! The house was great! So many extras (Ryan really thought of everything)! Great home, close to everything!

Ryan’s home was cozy and comfortable! A short Uber ride to all the action but far enough away to relax. Would recommend his home to anyone and will book again if I’m ever back in Nashville with a big group.

The house was great. Tons of space, great rooftop deck and 3rd floor was awesome! Quick ride to downtown. Ryan was fantastic to deal with. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Best Place In Nashville

This is by far the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in had a group of 8. Ryan was a great host, great communication for any questions we had & great suggestions for places to enjoy. The house is well stocked above and beyond what most rentals are. Will definitely be back!!!

Great property with everything you need!

The house was beautiful and the hosts were awesome. The small touches like coffee bar in the kitchen and fire pit tools were an added bonus. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to see. The main suite was incredible. Would definitely book here again!

Labor Day Weekend in Nashville

We had a wonderful stay--house was awesome! Lots of little extras--especially enjoyed the nice coffee station setup and the great rooftop deck. Very easy to get Ubers over to Broadway where we spent most of our time. Ryan was a great host and would definitely stay here again!
