Charming quiet 1 bd apartment

This cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is a hidden gem located in the Little Oak Island Community! Our condo features a sitting/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa, wood fireplace and a fully appointed kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom includes a queen bed with views of the lagoon. Large screened-in balcony overlooking the marsh and lagoon with additional space on the outdoor balcony.

When staying at our condo you will have full access to both amenities at Little Oak Island and Mariners Cay which include two swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ areas and marina!

Little Oak Island is a very secluded and private community, making it the perfect place to sit back and relax while enjoying the natural wildlife that surrounds you!

Folly beach is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. There are bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides of the bridge. Downtown Charleston is a 20 minute drive.

The condo was pleasant. Instructions to run the kerig and washing machine would have been helpful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great.

Wonderful stay!

Perfect spot for a long weekend in Charleston! The condo is a short distance to everything - downtown, folly and everything in between. Would certainly stay again!

Better than advertised

My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and I can’t imagine a quieter, more beautiful, more relaxing place to stay! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch, and sunset out on the gazebo was stunning. No noise from other places (only from the landscapers), and even though there were plenty of people in the complex, it didn’t feel at all crowded. We fell in love with Charleston, and would love to stay here again if we come back!

Winter Visit

Property was very clean and the location was excellent. The condo is in a very nice, private community. The views were great and it was quiet. We would stay again.

The condo is in a great location, the management team-Dominic-, was very helpful and the condo was a perfect choice. The only small comment is the age of the condo. The bathroom and kitchen were a tad dated, but nothing that hindered our stay.

Lovely stay

Had a lovely stay, despite the construction going on (and all the details about it were discussed before booking). Domenick was super fast to answer any questions and concerns. Definitely recommended !

First Visit to Charleston

Property was perfect for our first visit to Charleston. Location was a 2-minute drive to Folly Beach and 25 minutes to Charleston. Nice one bedroom condo in a quiet community. Absolutely loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and the water views of the area. Close to Folly Beach restaurants for dining out, although there was a full kitchen with all the amenities if you wished to stay in and cook. Plenty of room for the two of us. My only complaint was I wish we were staying longer. Would definitely return to this property when we visit again.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay. Gated community... quiet & safe. Great location.Walking friendly. We especially enjoyed over- looking the lagoon and the marsh. Lots of wildlife - ibis, woodstorks, heron, raptors ... even an alligator in the lagoon. Condo itself had plenty of space for 2 of us. Bed was comfortable. Agree with other review about very low sink/toilet but 6'3 husband survived. Owner very responsive.Would definately return and recommend to others.

Nice accommodation

Very comfortable and well situated condo in gated community. The bed was very comfortable and the screened in porch was great for morning coffee. The toilet and bathroom counter are unusually low. No shampoo, condition, body wash or tissues were supplied.

Very nice condo

Very nice condo. My wife and I stayed in early October. Clean, quiet, close to beach and short drive to Charleston. Enjoyed morning coffee in screened patio and on the nearby gazebo. Would stay again.

Great location

The proximity to both Folly Beach and Charleston, along with marsh views and outdoor seating made this a great spot for our vacation. Access to tennis court and swimming pool is a bonus. Our only critique was the toilet and sink were unusually low to the ground, not sure why!

Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location

The condo is lovely. Very clean and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. We loved relaxing on the screened-in porch overlooking the pond and pavilion. It was great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The location was great as well.

Perfect getaway

Our stay at Folly Beach was great. This property was clean, very nice, quiet, and perfect for our stay. A short walk to the beach and easy driving distance anywhere else. Domenick was a very friendly and helpful host. Everything was wonderful!
