210 Breakers is a direct ocean facing condo. The main room has a queen sleeper sofa, large TV and a small table and chairs. There is a balcony with an amazing direct view of the ocean. The balcony has two high top chairs and a table to enhance the ocean view. The kitchen is open to the main room. There is sufficient space and furnishings to produce any meal. The bedroom is open to the hallway and is furnished with a new king size bed and a larger TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo is on the third floor accessible by four short flights of stairs or a nearby elevator. The front door is close to the stair case. Book now and start packing. Monthly rentals are available. Weekly rentals especially during the summer are Saturday to Saturday. For off-season week days, please inquire.

Great first time experience

Condo was very nice and in a great location. The surrounding area is wonderful. So much to do. Very fun for the whole family.

The property and location are great. The condo was clean the bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance and the beach is only a hop, skip and jump away. Will definitely stay again.

Long weekend

We’ve stayed at a lot of places in Hilton Head and this one was definitely top 2. The bed was super comfy. It was clean. And the hosts were great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view...

Property is small but the location, directly on the beach, more than makes up for the reduced square footage. Perfect spot for a couple. No sleeping late here, be on the balcony to see sunrise

Perfect for Two

We had a MUCH NEEDED vacation here and enjoyed the location as well the property. Well equipped kitchen, good water pressure, and a great view. Really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place

We enjoyed our stay. The property owner is great and responsive. We had an issue with how to operate the TV and the owner answered promptly and resolved our issue. We love the location. Close to shopping and dining, just a walk across the street. The view is amazing.

Great week in Hilton Head

This was a great place to stay, with the best view ever. It's location is wonderful, with Coligny being only steps away. The owner was very attentive an easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here in our future visits!

Amazing location

This is a great property in an amazing location. The deck view is astounding. We had everything we needed for our trip. The owner was great to communicate with. Property was affordable. I will definitely look to book again.

Awesome condo in the perfect location!

Our experience was great! Paul clearly communicated everything we needed to prior to our arrival. On arrival, everything was spotless! Condo is in a perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants. The view from the condo is also perfect! We had a great time!

Nice Getaway for Two

We wanted to get away for a week at the end of the Summer. This unit was a perfect fit for 2. It was clean and the owners got back to us promptly to answer questions. It was so nice to wake up and have coffee on the oceanfront balcony. The very short walk through the pool to get to the beach was a bonus!

Beautiful view!

Well-maintained property in great location. Attractive, comfortable. Like the open feel in living area compared to other condos here. Spectacular view from balcony enhanced by tall comfy chairs that get your eyes above balcony railing. Loved it!

Long weekend getaway

Location is great! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. While the king size bed is nice, the bedroom is extremely tight. The doors on the bedroom are just in the way. The dishwasher can’t open all of the way because it hits refrigerator. Those are only minor concerns compared to the convenience and location.

Great Condo - Beautiful HHI

After 35 years coming to HHI, it never disappoints. 210 Breakers was the perfect location in the complex. The unit was well appointed and all the things that really matter were right on (View, AC, shower, TV, lights, frig, etc.) This condo was perfect for hubs and I (and adult child visited for a couple days from Greenville, SC) and there was plenty of room. Owner was a delight to communicate w/and was very responsive. We had a great week and would definitely consider this condo again for future visits.

Condo was in a good location with ocean view. There were no blinds/shades on the slinding doors to the balcony. There were a couple electric plug ins that didn't work in the bedroom. King size bed was very comfortable but left no room to move around in bedroom.

A great place to stay

My husband and I have visited the Breakers multiple times and 210 was our favorite. The description and pictures of the property are accurate. The furniture was comfortable, we loved the king size bed. The black out blinds in the bedroom helped keep the lights from the hallway out to allow you to sleep more sound. we really enjoyed the fact that there was a dishwasher, stove and oven in the property. Some of the other condos at the Breakers do not have all three. And of course the view which is the best part. We love staying right on the beach and enjoying the waves throughout the day and we were able to do here as well. Communication with the owner was great and fast responding. We would definitely stay here again.
