. This warehouse style apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Accommodates up to 8 guests, fully furnished and well equipped with all necessary essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment features wood floors, a large comfortable living/entertaining area, 1 Master Bedroom with a King bed, 2nd Bedroom w/ a Queen Bed, Queen Size Sofa Bed, and Air-Mattress. 70 inch LED flat screen television in Living/Entertainment room, 40 inch LED tv's in both bedrooms, , complimentary high speed wireless internet access, and cable television with Netflix. The luxury kitchen and bathroom comes fully equipped with all living necessities. Mardi Gras 2024

I have been to NOLA at least 10 times & this was my second Mardi Gras. Stayed with another couple and we all Loved the property. Right off Bourbon Street in the heart of the French Quarter. Easy walk to everything in the Quarter. Clean & Bright rooms. If you are confused by the pictures there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen (maybe king?) beds and an attached full bath, then the second bedroom across the hall with one queen. Second full bathroom off the living room. Would definitely book again.

French Quarter Beauty

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is only one street over from Bourbon Street and easy walk to several restaurants and cafes. The party music was audible in the living room area but the bedrooms were nice and quiet. The condo was clean with lovely decor. Parking was attached to the building which was great. One problem was check in was a little complicated. Had to meet on the street to get keys. No real instructions were given before checking in and it took awhile for the contact person to call back. There also was a leaking roof the last of our stay. Check out was slow. Had to wait again in the street to give back keys. Even with these setbacks it was a very enjoyable time and I would definitely rent this condo again!

Know Before You Go

This property is a very mixed bag. The unit itself is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the manager Larry is very responsive. The unit does need some repairs (broken closet doors, the floor moves under your feet, and the furniture is not what is in the photos but is ok.) However the representation of the property is not entirely accurate. This unit is in a residential apartment building that needs maintenance. The hallways reek heavily of smoke, and the elevator could stop working any moment as it shudders when you ride up to the unit. It should also be noted that there are signs all over the property advising that short term rentals are not permitted, and you could be subject to removal and/or fines which made us very uncomfortable. Also, you are less than a block from Bourbon street, so you definitely do hear the nightlife in the unit which goes into the early hours. If you are looking to come to New Orleans for a nightlife/Bourbon street experience and the noise and/or property issues won't bother you, then this place is in a great location and the unit itself is fine. However, as a family on vacation we wound up leaving the unit early and moving to a hotel nearby.

Great VRBO and location

Visited New Orleans for the Saints game and my friends first bourbon st experience. The condo was fantastic with plenty of room. The only thing is the parking is $$ a day and I drove out of the garage after we checked in and had to pay $$. Then after our 2 day stay, I had to pay $$. I recommend leaving your vehicle and walk or uber so you don't get charged extra for parking.

Great stay! Perfect location!

This was our third time to New Orleans and the first time we've stayed in the French Quarter. Being a half a block from Bourbon Street, we were quite anxious about the noise during the French Quarter fest. However, it was very well insulated from noise and we felt safe. The beds and furnishings were comfortable as well. The location could not have been better. Once inside the building, it was evident that many units were people's residences so we were never disturbed by neighbors. While it was a little difficult to reach the manager before our arrival (he prefers phone calls over texting), he was very fast to respond the entire time we were there. There were a few minor inconveniences like noisy ceiling fans, squeaky doors and no dining room table, but overall it was a fantastic experience. We reported those issues, so hopefully they will be taken care of. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Larry!

Amazing location in the French Quarter

My friends and I stayed at this location for Mardi Gras - it was fabulous! In the heart of the French quarter, but quiet inside despite the rowdy crowds. We felt very safe. Facility was spacious and beautiful, beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay again and recommend highly. There is parking available, but be aware that the ceiling of parking garage is low, clearance is 6’8” so some larger trucks or any lift on the vehicle may not fit! The property manager was able to direct us to a different garage that was still very close and safe.

Not What We Expected

Location, location, location. This unit had that but it also had some major issues. During the night construction was going on next door. While we were sleeping there was pounding and sanding going on five nights out of seven. No effort was made to stop this issue. Also when we arrived there were no bathroom incidentals like soap, shampoo and conditioner. Larry did bring us these items the next day. Furniture was sparse…no dressers to put your clothes in. But beds were very comfortable. Also the tvs had lots of channels but there were no directions on how to access them. Would we stay here again? Probably not…not up to VRBO standards!

Disappointing

We rented this apartment as we had 3 adults and wanted 3 beds. The king size bed frame in the master bedroom was broken beyond repair. A maintenance person was sent twice and the frame was not repairable. The property doesn't have a kitchen table as pictured so there is no where to sit and eat meals. The property has postings all over it stating short term rentals are not allowed and if discoverer will result in immediate vacating of property. I have submitted a complaint to VRBO which was also sent to the property owner and they have not reached out to me to rectify the situation.

NOLA weekend

The property itself was very nice and clean. The communication with owner was pretty good, but there was an issue watching any TV. This was during the World Series and we wanted to be there instead of a bar watching it. He finally got it fixed so we could see final game, but it took a couple days!!

Gorgeous

This unit was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice and it’s in the best area 2 minute walk from the main streets everyone likes to walk and bar hop shop. But you still get some quietness from all the noise it’s perfect. The host was great very responsive and attentive. There’s even a washer and dryer and was able to wash all my clothes before going back home. I would say to just bring your own shampoo and conditioner because there wasn’t any other than that absolutely amazing.

French Quarter Perfection

While we did not get to stay in the condo originally booked because of water problems Gerald moved us to another one of his properties that was still in the same great location and exceeded our expectations! Walking distance to everything in the French Quarter and Canal street to catch a trolley or bus to other parts of town. I only wish we had known the optional parking space that was on the original listing would not be available. We did not find this out until a few days before we were due to arrive. If we get to return to the Crescent City we hope to stay here again!

Amazing time in the French Quarter

This property was the perfect location for a girl’s trip. PLENTY of space for everyone and right on Bourbon St. We were able to walk everywhere and never had to hassle with an Uber. All the girls who were with me kept complementing the space. Our hostess was extremely nice and the check-in/out was a breeze. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms... would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location and size!

The property is very spacious and in a fantastic location. The host was very accommodating, even during one of the busiest weekends of the year. I would recommend this property without hesitation to any friends or family.

Great Stay

This place was a great stay. Just a block away from Bourbon street. Walkable distance to great food and bars. Jodi was amazing with communication, and the place had everything we needed, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a daybed. Cute and modern. I will most definitely stay here again.
