Family Vacation

Great little apartment for the family. Rooms are large and comfortable. Several patio areas with views of the water. Only complaint is that some of the windows probably need to be replaced as they are foggy and hurt the nice view from the bedrooms. Parking is an issue also, if you find a spot by the building grab it and don’t move.

Perfect Location in Paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our family's 2nd year in a row staying at Bewildered No More and the location is absolutely ideal for your Seaside vacation. Leave the car parked and walk to everything Seaside has to offer! The size, space and amenities of this home were perfect for our family of 4 and I love that the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain, make meals to eat in and store any leftovers. Homeowner's Collection is exceptionally responsive and leaves detailed instructions for everything and is in regular communication checking in on your stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to vacation in Seaside.

Seaside stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to beach but poorly maintained common spaces were filthy and local kids hung out there until all hours of the evening, not family friendly

Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. I'm extremely sorry that you were inconvenienced by the issues with kids and the common areas. We have continued to work diligently into this week to identify who our unwelcome common area guests are and we believe we have made great headway. Again, I'm truly sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay and we hope to welcome you and your family back to Seaside again very soon.

Convenient but noisy!

Good location for the property, unit was a corner unit on back street which proved to be noisy with early morning delivery trucks, hearing people on the street talking and walking into weee hours. Busy season, curfew for teens but they are out past it every night. Easy to get to everything quickly, in the mix of everything. If your looking for that this place is perfect….if you want quite choose something not off main streets! Management has plenty to choose from, they are great!

Best spot for bride!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hands down, the best rental I’ve stayed at so far. I stayed here for my wedding and it was perfect. We had enough space to comfortably entertain downstairs and then have the upstairs for some privacy to get ready. Everything is new and freshly renovated and the views are spectacular. Downstairs was perfect for me to get hair and makeup done and the 3 bathrooms are critical for when people come visit. The bathrooms are all brand new and people loved the space, as we did! The kitchen has lots of plates and glasses to help entertain, and our guests also loved the outdoor space upstairs. 5 stars!!!! Best rental so far!!!

Ideal location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Seaside and the experience was unmatched. From the amenities of Bewildered No More to its location (perfection!) to the Seaside community as a whole, we cannot wait for our return next summer! The size and layout of the proper was perfect for our family of 4, it was immaculate, and the customer service from Homeowner's Collection was prompt and helpful. This home is directly above the coffee shop and other great stores, directly across from the amphitheater where there were such fun events for kids, great restaurants and food trucks and directly across the street from the Coleman Pavilion beach access gate. My only recommendation would be to provide ear plugs and/or sound machines to block out some of the noise from the street and alley. Though it generally subsides around 10:30, voices carry to this corner unit. That said, we would absolutely stay in the unit again! 10/10 would recommend.

Bewildered No More Penthouse

Our stay at this Seaside property was wonderful. This was our first, but definitely not last to Seaside. It was fabulous that my teenage girls could walk to and from the beach and pools, and just check in every couple of hours and I felt like they were safe in the community. It was so nice being able to walk to shop and eat, without ever having to move the car. The penthouse we stayed in was gorgeous! Everything in it was top of the line and beautiful, with still being cozy and comfortable. The soaker tub was absolutely AMAZING!! The only reason I gave the overall experience rating four stars, is because there were no luggage carts available to bring your stuff in and out for our arrival and departure. Frankly I was shocked that there were not even a few for guest use. For someone with a disability, like myself, multiple trips up and down is quite taxing. However, I am looking forward to our next stay in one of The Homeowner's Collection properties! Next time I will just make sure there is a master suite on the first floor so I can save my knees and energy for walking around the square and shopping:)

Blakley, Thank you so much for your kind review of Bewildered No More! We’re thrilled to hear that your first trip to Seaside was such a hit—and that the location, walkability, and beautiful penthouse all made it a special getaway for you and your family. It’s always wonderful to hear how much our guests appreciate the charm and safety of the community, especially for families with teens. We’re so sorry to hear that the luggage carts weren’t available during your stay. They are typically on-site, so we completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient that must have been—especially with the added challenge of managing multiple trips. We’ve flagged this for our team to ensure carts are better monitored moving forward. We’d love to help you find the perfect Homeowner’s Collection property for your next visit—perhaps one with a first-floor bedroom to make things even easier. With over 200 homes in our collection, we’re confident we can find just the right fit. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Warm regards, Homeowner's Collection Vacation Rentals

Great Stay at Bewildered No More in Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay in Bewildered No More with our two teenage twin grandchildren. The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom worked out perfectly. The condo was very clean, updated and had everything we needed. Coffee shop downstairs is nice. Easy access to everything Seaside has to offer. Love having Gulf Views. A little noise in the early morning from trucks deliveries. Would stay here again.

Property is great

but the management company under performed. Didn't give access to elevator on welcome info. They just continued to blame the holiday for their failures. They were unable and unwilling to solve internet/television issues on Jan 1. A place this nice and expensive should have a basic cable TV package as a back up and not rely totally on Wi-Fi. Despite the management company deficiencies the place is fanstastic. Nice high end finishes and furnishings. The location is also unbeatable.
