Quiet, relaxing space for those wishing to see Kauai on a budget. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Host very responsive and helpful. Good central location for the island.

This place was amazing! They had everything we could have needed to enjoy the beach during our trip including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, a small cooler, and snorkel gear. The apartment was very nice and the property manager was very responsive. My only complaint is that the AC unit was broken when we first got there and it took a couple days to get a new one installed but the property manager was very helpful and tried her best to get it done as quickly as possible. Ultimately it was only a minor inconvenience and the rest of our stay was amazing!

We had a great time staying at Robert's property for our anniversary trip. We found it clean, well stocked, and in a convenient location. We love the island of Kauai!

We absolutely love staying here. The entire place is wonderful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a home away from home. In fact, we call it our second home. We have made this our annual Kauai stay as we impatiently return every year - it truly says everything about how special this place is to us. Additionally, the entire place is thoughtfully equipped with everything we need for a perfect stay. The host is exceptional- responsive and truly attentive. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.Mahalo!

Garden isle jewel

Our stay at Robert's place was great. It was close to a great pool with hot tub. There was a great view of the beautiful courtyard and pool. The Lihue location is central to anything you would want to do on Kauai

Peaceful & Beautiful

Very relaxing vacation spot: long beach to walk, resort pools & hot tubs, nightly live music, simple, clean, comfortable villa to come home to. Loved it!

Perfect For Us

The property is a little dated but this is exactly what we are looking for. The owner is very accommodating and timely concerning communication. The pricing is fair considering the location. A well stocked condo that we will be returning to.
