We had an amazing family vacation. The house was located perfectly along the boardwalk so we were able to walk to the restaurants, bars, shops all weekend! Thank you for the memorable weekend!

Really great location. Property was clean and the host was great. Parking is pretty tight but thankful it was available. Outdoor chairs for beach were on our patio and that was much appreciated!!

Loved this property at Laguna Beach.

Beautiful place right on the beach, convenient to everything restaurants, shopping and fun. Highly recommend and would stay again.

can't really beat an oceanfront location, got especially lucky with good fathers day weekend weather. Would recommend this spot if you are looking for great views and don't mind a lot of foot traffic

Beachy stay!

Loved the location - right on the beach. Great for people and water watching. Had a few issues that needed attention on check in, and the hosts were immediately responsive. Some of the furniture is pretty dated, but usable; lots of storage options for personal items. Onsite parking was perfect!

Perfect stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for anything better than this place! The view is impeccable and the inside has everything you need to live for the time you’re there. The house was clean, after we checked into the place at the office, the key pad was easy to use. The parking was kind of difficult, but we made it work! DEFINITELY recommend to anyone to stay here.

Outdated but still great

The property definitely has some updates needed. But that didn’t stop us from having a great time. The location is amazing, the parking was convenient, and the living space was really nice. The property could use a couple more fans and more comfortable beds. But I’d stay here again.

2/10 Terrible

Great location, very dated condo

The location is great however everything else about the stay was less than desirable. I feel the photos did not accurately portray the condition or size of the space. The place felt dirty from the moment we stepped in it, socks left in closets, a smell, and very dated furniture throughout. Our family members rented the unit upstairs which was substantially better being that it's updated. This place hasn't had as much as a fresh coat of paint in years! It's deceivingly small and cramped and again I reiterate just feels dirty. We will not be back and would not recommend for anyone.

Gorgeous View & Excellent Service

Great vacation started with a courtesy phone call an hour prior to our check in to let us know the rental was ready!!!! House was clean and the view was breathtaking. The location is perfect with steps away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend this location!!!

Family reunion

Family reunion Was awesome with my daughter and her friends that live in Newport Beach organizing about 30+ people for events all weekend. Newport cruise was wonderful. I had a gathering on the beach in front of my rental property which was so fun and relaxing along with punches and everything else. So easy to get around. Renting bikes was super fun and helpful. Your company as well as the bike rental made life so easy and so pleasurable. Look forward to coming next year!

We enjoyed the unit and the location. Parking for 2 cars, but it gets tight when the other units have people staying. Simple accommodations, but it worked well for us. Thank you very much

Very Misleading Photos and Very Run Down Property

My family and I were highly disappointed in this property for several reasons -- the pictures were highly misleading, and I regret renting it. Kitchen: Refrigerator: Smelled like fish -- it fumed the entire place for our stay Missing Silverware: There were no forks at all for use Bathrooms Missing toliet paper in both bathrooms and toliet paper holders --we had to go out and buy our own BedroomsThe mattresses were all terrible -- all 3 were extremely low quality. The pictures showed high quality bedding, this is not at all what was in the rooms, limited covers and pillows Furniture Main room rug had several stains and was full of sand when we arrived Both couches were both 'sat out' with no support and fully over utilized and dirty Outdoor patio furniture did not match and was all rusted. One of the 4 chairs was broken. Towels were the thinnest and smallest ever, not even useable. Coin laundry at a premium destination -- so sad they had to go this route. Would not recommend. They also have a very strict 3pm check in and 10am check out, the staff is not very friendly or easy to work with.
