I HIGHLY recommend Beach Barn Cottage! Not only was the house very nicely decorated, it was also very clean! We felt right at home and the hosts thought of everything you could possibly need in a rental. The house location on the beach provided spectacular sunrises and sunsets and we can’t wait to go back!

We had a great family vacation! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with to make our stay wonderful. The location is great and the view is perfect. The house was perfectly decorated and comfortable. We hope to come back next year!

Great place to stay in Topsail. Great view of the ocean, very clean, well equipped kitchen, place to store your beach gear and about everything you could want for a vacation. The host is fantastic and even splurged to have a great television to catch your favorite game. I hate to say to many more great things about the place as we worry we won't have a chance to book it again when we come back. Read the other reviews on this place, they are accurate. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

My family had the best week staying at the beach barn! The property was full of natural light and great views. The beach was not crowded at all! Our host were great and made the whole process seamless. We can’t wait to go back.

Our family had such a wonderful time at the beach barn! It is the perfect beach house with amazing views. You can see and smell the ocean so you are completely immersed in the beach experience. We loved everything about it. The house was really well decorated and cozy. The owner is super accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Spacious and clean! Great layout for large families and kitchen was well stocked with the basics and essentials for cooking. The outdoor shower was awesome and was used often. Host was very communicative and kind. Will definitely consider this house again!

Perfect house and location!

We loved the barnhouse! It was not only the perfect location on the beach but was the cutest home to enjoy time on the coast. We would absolutely come back here!

House is in a great location and has access to a lovely private beach. The house has been renovated and is in great condition. It is fully equipped and has everything our family needed. It has two outdoor porches overlooking the beach.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time! The beach barn was full of charm, clean, and cozy. We had everything we needed and the porch was fantastic…non stop ocean. We saw dolphins and the sunrise was amazing. We hope to be back!

Our stay at this beach house was even better than we imagined, the pictures truly don’t do it justice. The space was beautiful, open, and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.There was nothing we needed or lacked! The sunrises were absolutely amazing, morning coffee with those views was a highlight every single day. Everything felt easy, peaceful, and just right.The beds were super comfortable and linens soft, clean and perfect! We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already talking about coming back.

Great NC coast getaway

Early fall weekend getaway to NC shore. Property was beautiful and well kept. More space than we needed for a group of 4 which was great. Proximity to the beach and beach views were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach Barn

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Beach Barn! It's a beautifully restored beach house with nonstop expansive ocean views. The house was super clean and well stocked. The beach was quiet and perfect for our young grandchildren. Shannon was a great host. Thanks again for sharing the Beach Barn with us :)

Wonderful family vacation

My extended family and I had a wonderful time in North Topsail Beach. We were a group of 7 and the house was more than perfect for all of us. The beach house is beautifully decorated, with fantastic views of the ocean. You couldn't ask for a better location. We all enjoyed our relaxing week on the beach.
