Wake up to stunning views of the award-winning Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington, overlooking the majestic Cape Fear River!
Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on your private balcony while you watch the boats and people pass by. Enjoy shops, bistros, restaurants, and tourist attractions all within walking distance from the condo.
All of the area beaches are just 20 minutes away and we are surrounded by beautiful golf courses and parks.
Recently decorated and updated furniture includes a luxury King sized bed, smart TVs in each room, and a washer and dryer in the closet. You will love this peaceful, private paradise!

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

40th birthday

We stayed for a long weekend over New Years for my husbands 40th. We were able to see the drone show from our balcony, as well as the New Year’s fireworks. Will definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay right on the river walk. It was nice having the river front location and everything within walking distance. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for a long weekend.

Great Stay!

My wife and I celebrated 9 wonderful years together!! The property was clean, easy to access, and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. We highly recommend this property. We will be staying again!

short vacation

property was convenient, location excellant to bars, restaurants and shops. My only complaint is the parking that was included at time of booking that ended to be 20.00 per day due to sale of the lot. I just felt we should have been as stated when booked

Perfect location!

(+) Great location, clean place, not excessively noisy despite being on the boardwalk, and smooth check-in process. Even was able to accommodate a slightly later check-out without issue which was a HUGE selling point when booking. (-) Parking is not provided (where other locations in that complex offer options). But the listing does provide a slight discount by providing QR code in the listing for $20/day to park in lot across the street which is cheaper than paying at the lot itself. So at least they are aware of the parking limitation and attempt to help a little. But $20/day does rack up quickly unfortunately.

Luxury stay

The stay was good walkable for eateries…disappointed about $20 daily parking across street when the welcome note book says free parking coupon needs updating the front door needs cleaning out side had mold spots …patio furniture could be upgraded looks like kids set when neighbors have nice sets…I would recommend this spot to others or stay again

Our favorite spot

Loves our stay. We’ve actually stayed at a few of the condos in this same building and this one was our fave so far. Clean and comfortable. Quick replies from the owner as needed. Always such an awesome location. We park when we get there and never have to move until time to leave.

2D RIVERFRONT

The Vrbo was very nice and clean. The only thing that was wrong, the curtains were hanging off the window, the lock on the deck door needs to be replaced. The filters need to be changed. The location is awesome.

Perfect view and location

Perfect location downtown and beautiful views! Only issue was the parking- we stayed 2 days and you could only get the 20 dollar parking from 3 pm to 11 am - had to pay extra from 11 am to 3 pm

Fantastic location

Location is unbelievable, downtown Wilmington is a great location for a quick getaway. Place has a spectacular view of Cape Fear. Would 100% rent again.

Great place on the water!

The property is in a perfect location in downtown Wilmington. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, etc, or to simply sit on the balcony overlooking the river. The place was clean and was the check in instructions were easy. It was also nice that parking was included. We would definitely stay here again!

Great homebase for a downtown stay

This is such a great place to stay at when you visit Wilmington! The condo is very nice and well-decorated and all furniture is comfortable and up to date. The property manager is a dream to work with and helped me make needed changes with no problem. Watch out for parking- the lot designated for free parking gets busy on the weekends but it was fine for most of the stay.

Perfectly located condo

We checked in march 15 and checked out march 17. Location is in the middle of wonderful restaurants, bars, river cruises rentals and other entertainment! There was a beautiful yacht docked right outside the condo. That was cool! Balco ny overlooks riverwalk. Very nicely appointed and decorated condo. Even satin sheets!!! (We did not care for those Cotton ones in dresser drawer.) Balcony door does not lock! MUST use upper slide lock on door. Roomy except for bathroom. Plenty of thick towels. The necessities were there but nothing extra ... a couple bottles of water and a few snacks after a long trip would have been nice. But overall. Very happy with condo.

In the River Walk area of downtown Wilmington within walking distance of shops and good restaurants. Pleasant looking at the river. Will definitely go there again!

Weekend Getaway

A perfect place for our weekend getaway. The location is walking distance to all local shops & restaurants. The place is updated & very clean. Parking was right across the street. The waterfront patio has spectacular views! I highly recommend staying here.
