This luxury one bedroom, upstairs condo overlooks the award winning Riverwalk in heart of Downtown Wilmington. The master bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens to a view of the Cape Fear River and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

Great location snd relaxing view. Nice and clean place to stay. I'd bring extra towels, 1 towel per person for 3 nights was disappointing. Overall great stay!

Everything was really good. The only issue I had was the parking because if there’s an event in that area, the parking that you do across the street it could be full and even though you’ve paid for several days, you may not have a place to park so there’s nothing set other than that everything was good.

The location is the best! It's in the middle of great places to eat and lots of shops. You can see all that is going on from the view on the balcony. I have stayed here before and will surely stay again.

Real nice view. Unit is clean and in very good condition. A couple light bulbs out, and just one roll of toilet paper. Must park across street but we didn't need the car to go anywhere; easy to walk to numerous great restaurants and bars. Wilmington is fun and we truly enjoyed our stay. We'll be back.

Great stay! Literally walk out the door onto riverwalk. Walked everywhere downtown. Condo was clean, great bed, and a view that was incredible of the river and sunsets.

The bed is extremely comfortable. This condo has beautiful views and you cannot beat the location. Ample parking (you pay to park). It was not the cleanest rental property, but it was adequate and I understand the need for quick turnover.

The place was clean, kitchen stocked with all you would need, ac/heat worked great! Parking was easy per check in instructions from the host! Did not have to move my vehicle for the entire stay! Fabulous location and Amazing Views! Saved in my Favorites

This was our second year in Wilmington. We loved it before and fell in love a little more this time. The condo is very well taken care of. Very clean. Bed was super comfy. Very pleasant sitting on deck and enjoying the view. Rob, the host was great. 5 star rating for sure

The views are amazing. Room was exactly as presented. Really good shape with everything you need. Walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown on the waterfront. Standing above the boardwalk sipping coffee while watching the sun come up...come on...what more do you want.

We had a very enjoyable stay, great weather except for our last day when a nor easter decided to move up the coast. The condo was perfect for us and a little rest and relaxation.
