This luxury one bedroom, upstairs condo overlooks the award winning Riverwalk in heart of Downtown Wilmington. The master bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens to a view of the Cape Fear River and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

We had a very enjoyable stay, great weather except for our last day when a nor easter decided to move up the coast. The condo was perfect for us and a little rest and relaxation.

The condo was the perfect size for a couple. It was very clean, but had wear & tear what you would expect of an older rental property. Amazing location!!

Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful weekend! The condo was perfect for what we were looking for..….exactly as seen online. It was perfect size for us with all the amenities we needed. Rob was an excellent host and the location is amazing! Views of the waterway, boats, the Riverwalk, and people just strolling! We parked the car and didn’t have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere! We can’t wait to return and hope to stay at Rob’s place again!

It was exactly as advertised.

The location and view were awesome. Very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Of course we went on coldest weekend of the year, so we were restricted. I had messaged the host prior but no response. No big deal but the dryer really does not get hot. Our favorite restaurants were next door and now a bar right beside made this a great stay.

Trip to Airlie Oak Tree

Great location. Beautiful view. Lots to see within walking distance. Boat ride tour excellent. Not too far from the beach. Airlie gardens beautiful. Food places within walking distance. Great stay.

Everything we needed with a great location!

We loved our stay. It was everything we needed in a very convenient location. Comfortable and cozy and perfect for a couple. Hurricane Idalia was on her way and the owner contacted us about the outdoor furniture and even offered to come help. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Wilmington!

Great view

Wonderful time - first time using VRBO- loved being right on the Cape Fear River with boardwalk - the unit , although on small side , was clean and as advertised. The balcony was a huge plus - kitchen/ bathrooms were fully stocked - parking was easy- I'd definitely stay here again 👍

Came to Wilmington for Cody Jinks at Live Oak Bank Pavillion. It was a long walk to the venue, but it was along the river walk so not too bad. Condo was clean and as advertised. Great location with all you need a short walk away. Would stay again.

Great Stay in Wilmington, NC

The condo was right on the Cape Fear River, and it was on the second floor so not as much foot traffic. Very close (walling distance) to some really good restaurants, breweries and bars as well as some shopping. We will look to stay here again next time we need accomodations in Wilmington.

Love Wilmington. Great Location.

PROS: Great location with access to all the attractions (restaurants, shopping, breweries) Deck was perfect for sunsets & people watching along the Riverwalk. Bed was comfy & AC worked great. (We had a very hot week.) CONS: It had everything we needed and was a good value but limited cooking space and the furniture could be updated (especially on the deck)

Exceeded expectations

Perfect location! The condo was just what our family needed, as a couple with a 4 month old baby the space was more than enough for our stay in Wilmington. Though on the 2nd floor, hauling our stroller up & down was very manageable. And the balcony view made any extra effort very much worth it! Have already recommended this place to friends. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and great condo

The location is perfect- we loved roaming around downtown and enjoying the restaurants and bars and we were in walking distance to the amphitheater as my friend and I went to see music for the weekend snd enjoy Wilmington. The property manager was excellent and responsive and super helpful. The condo is great for two people and the balcony overlooking the river is awesome. My only comment is that the kitchen is very small and basic. We made it work though! The word luxury may be a slight stretch. That said we had a fabulous stay here and I would definitely stay here again and thank Rob very much for enhancing our stay and making us feel so comfortable and welcome. We loved it!!!

Location, location, location!

While this may have not been the best location for us (we have a 3 year old) the condo was great! Clean when we got there, great area and SO MUCH TO DO (if you don't have littles LoL). They even have a small binder with all recommendations, notes, etc. The one thing I wish I knew so ONLY sharing here to help others because it was important to me was that when you park across the street at Chandler's Wharf, make sure not to use their scan/text to pay WAIT UNTIL you get in the apt because they have a special rate of $20/day versus $30 for 6 hours. I did reach out to the parking company which of course, told me I have to reach out to a different company so we'll see how that goes but that's NOT the property's issue. Also, just because you pay for the day doesn't mean you have a guaranteed spot so it's almost like you're better off parking and just walking everywhere. There's SO MUCH TO DO around there! Overall, we had a great experience and we definitely recommend!

Perfect Location and the most comfortable bed!

We have been staying in downtown Wilmington for several years in different Vrbo properties. The condos in this building are our favorite by far because of the view and location. So first, the Pros: Location & View Bed - the king sized bed is huge and has the most comfortable mattress on it, we usually don't sleep great away from home but we did here. Clean, no issues with anything not being well cleaned upon arrival Free parking - downtown parking is scarce and expensive, this condo has a QR code you scan daily to validate your parking in the lot across the street which is quite convenient Owner is responsive before and during stay Large TV's, remodeled kitchenette, and comfortable furniture Cons: The bathroom is tiny (which really can't be helped without a major remodel) and the tub/shower combo has glass sliding doors which make it super tight. The sink area has been redone and looks nice but the tub/shower could use an upgrade. The only other con, was that the unit was not stocked. We certainly don't expect snack baskets and toiletry baskets like some offer, but this unit didn't have anything in it. Thankfully, the owner responded right away and had his assistant bring us Toilet Paper the night we checked in. We ended up going out and getting hand soap, paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent, etc. to use and he apologized and said the unit was normally stocked with all of that stuff so hopefully it will be for the next person. We did leave the hand soap! :)
