Luxury Condo on the River-Million Dollar View!

This luxury one bedroom, upstairs condo overlooks the award winning Riverwalk in heart of Downtown Wilmington. The master bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens to a view of the Cape Fear River and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

It was exactly as advertised.

The location and view were awesome. Very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Of course we went on coldest weekend of the year, so we were restricted. I had messaged the host prior but no response. No big deal but the dryer really does not get hot. Our favorite restaurants were next door and now a bar right beside made this a great stay.

NYE home base

We stayed here 2 nights so we could walk the riverfront scene for NYE. It’s a fantastic location.

Owner very response. Balcony is awesome. King bed is comfy. Household items for cooking. Shops and food convenient. Great location!

Condo not as advertised

The condo when we reserved and paid for our trip in March was listed as having free parking. When we were IN ROUTE for our stay we received info needed to check in stating there was a daily parking fee. I questioned them and was told that it changed in July because the lot had changed hands. I was not notified of the change. After a lot of arguing, they split the fee with us. It was unfair. Quite honestly, it's not so much the cost of parking as it was the principal. I always look for free parking when we travel and found it very distasteful to be told while in route that there was a daily parking fee. Very poor business practice in my opinion.

Anniversary & Birthday Celebration

Beautiful sunsets, walk to everything. Very clean & great communication with owner Only sour note was parking. Make sure that you pay for parking everyday at 11:00am. If you pay earlier, it only covers though 10:59am the same day.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was beautiful! The host was really quick to get back to me when I had a question. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk. It rained a lot on our trip, but thanks to the roll-out awning on the balcony, we could still hang out outisde. The condo was clean and well-equipped - coffeemaker for my husband, toaster for my son and hairdryer for me. We didn’t hear any neighbors during our stay. We plan to go back, and we’ve already recommended it to friends!

Smell inside the unit

We could not figure out what the smell was in the unit until we got ready to check out and went to take all of the trash out, and there was a pamper left in the bedroom, trash can from the previous tenants

Location, location, location!

While this may have not been the best location for us (we have a 3 year old) the condo was great! Clean when we got there, great area and SO MUCH TO DO (if you don't have littles LoL). They even have a small binder with all recommendations, notes, etc. The one thing I wish I knew so ONLY sharing here to help others because it was important to me was that when you park across the street at Chandler's Wharf, make sure not to use their scan/text to pay WAIT UNTIL you get in the apt because they have a special rate of $20/day versus $30 for 6 hours. I did reach out to the parking company which of course, told me I have to reach out to a different company so we'll see how that goes but that's NOT the property's issue. Also, just because you pay for the day doesn't mean you have a guaranteed spot so it's almost like you're better off parking and just walking everywhere. There's SO MUCH TO DO around there! Overall, we had a great experience and we definitely recommend!

Trip to Airlie Oak Tree

Great location. Beautiful view. Lots to see within walking distance. Boat ride tour excellent. Not too far from the beach. Airlie gardens beautiful. Food places within walking distance. Great stay.

Love Wilmington. Great Location.

PROS: Great location with access to all the attractions (restaurants, shopping, breweries) Deck was perfect for sunsets & people watching along the Riverwalk. Bed was comfy & AC worked great. (We had a very hot week.) CONS: It had everything we needed and was a good value but limited cooking space and the furniture could be updated (especially on the deck)

We had a great time and the condo was beautiful! Only thing we would want to mention was that there was no coffee in the unit. We did find a lovely coffee shop close by though.

Fantastic location

The apartment was so well located for downtown Wilmington. Wonderful views of the river and so central to everything. We loved our time here and Rob was so helpful, and pragmatic, when needed.

Came to Wilmington for Cody Jinks at Live Oak Bank Pavillion. It was a long walk to the venue, but it was along the river walk so not too bad. Condo was clean and as advertised. Great location with all you need a short walk away. Would stay again.

Great location!

We stayed at this condo for a wedding in the downtown area. The condo was really comfortable and well-stocked and the view/balcony was gorgeous! We loved relaxing out there in between wedding activities. It was also walking distance to everything we wanted to do so we didn't have to worry about driving all weekend, which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend wedding getaway

From start to finish really enjoyed this place. Our host was fabulous. Very responsive. Allowed us to check in early as we arrived on an early flight. When I could not find the hair dryer he actually purchased a new one and dropped it at our door the next morning. Very clean, nice and well appointed. Will definitely come back. Many Thanks!!!
