This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, spacious kitchen, dining and living area bordered on 2 sides by a wraparound lanai which is all screened in. the master suite has a king sized bed, huge closet, and slider access to the screened in wrap around lanai. The guest room offers a queen sized bed plus a twin sized "daybed". All rooms have ceiling fans. Another twin sized pune on the lanai invites to you take a little afternoon nap perhaps, after a game of tennis or a morning of sunning at the pool. The nearby Keauhou Shopping Center has a grocery store, Long's Drug, several restaurants and Alii Health Center, and a Kaiser Urgent Care. Tropix is a nice pub with good food, too. Also in this shopping area is a gas station, great book store, some retail stores, and Kalona Spa & Beauty shop for those essential pedicures!! This beauty salon has both nail techs and hair stylists on staff. A Clint Sloan art gallery tops off this handy shopping area.

FYI. The dates for the pool replaster project have been set. The dates are Apri;15- May 3, 2024. If you have guests during this time , please inform them of the closure. Due to denials in the past with attempts to get use of another properties pool nearby. The only pool available is the county pool at the Kona Aquatic Cente

Keauhou is located about 5 miles south of the main part of Kailua Kona. There is some public transportation from town to Keauhou (& a few other spots) but a vehicle is a good idea when vacationing on the Big Island.
