January get away

We enjoyed the convenient location. The apartment was perfect, very spacious. I’m very particular about my bed and it was so comfortable. Modern updated kitchen. The weather was unusually bitter cold so we spent most days inside until afternoon and enjoyed relaxing and watching TV. We will be back.

Island Luxury Indeed

Very nice space in a historic home in a quiet island neighborhood. Minutes from downtown St Augustine, and minutes from St Augustine Beach! Very clean and updated; abundant street parking just outside. Fun place!

Wonderful accommodation

Gorgeous and immaculate property in a quiet neighborhood and within 0.6 miles walking distance of downtown. You will absolutely love it here and Chris the owner is great. Five PLUS Stars!

Christmas Getaway - Nights of Lights

Enjoyed our stay. Unit was very spacious and perfectly located to be able to walk across the bridge and enjoy the historic district. You don’t want to drive over there.Really needs to upgrade the sofa and chairs in the living room. As a premier location, we expected a bit better.

Nice stay

Our unit was clean, pretty, had plenty of room. Chris was Johnny on the spot when we had a problem with the TV. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to the Bridge of Lions, an easy walk into town which we enjoyed and close to the beaches, too.

Great location with amenities

The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious, and nicely furnished. It's a pleasant walk to downtown St. Augustine. The only downside is that the walls in the building are very thin, so we often heard the neighbors walking around and talking.

Great Place

Great apartment walkable to historic area of St. Augustine, restaurants and even the lighthouse. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.

Just as pictured

If I would have a suggestions it would be, clarifying the TV settings. The sofa was very hard and possible adding another barrel chair and small table in the living room. The bed was so comfortable but a fan would be nice. I did put White Noise on my phone which helped. Everything was so clean and nicely kept. Thank you for a very nice place to stay for a few days!

Perfect weekend getaway

This rental is beyond perfect. The location makes almost everything walkable, the neighborhood is quiet, the property was clean and had plenty of parking available, and the kitchen had all of the basics we needed for our weekend. Everything you could ask for with a short term rental in beautiful St. Augustine.

A special place

We came to St Augustine for a music venue at the Ampitheater. This unit was so clean and quite large too. The bed was fantastic too. I wish I knew the make of the mattress as I might have to get one too one day. The area was great, we walked and rode bikes all around.. We come to St Augustine frequently but usually camp. This was a great treat and we walked to a favorite brewery Old Coast Ales...

Pleasant stay

Place was very nice. Lots of natural light made the space feel very inviting. Great location without being right in the middle of noisy traffic. Will definitely stay here again! Great host!

Anniversary celebration

The property is well located and walkable to old town across the Lions Bridge. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Coffee and toiletries supplied. The only negative was that the living room sofa and chair were EXTREMELY uncomfortable which made it impossible to enjoy evening reading or TV. We’re older and we needed a comfortable seating area to rest and recoup after a day of site seeing and shopping.

Great Anniversary

Wife and I spent our 43d wedding Anniversary here. Beautiful house and apartment. Too hot to walk across the bridge, but certainly close enough to do so in milder weather. Across the board great time!

This is the sweetest spot for a getaway in St. Augustine! The apartment is kept in pristine condition and stocked with all the amenities you would need. Communication with Chris was easy & efficient. We will definitely stay here again!

Pretty and super comfortable!

Loved the condo, very clean, updated and felt like home. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and soft. Very hard to leave. When we’re ever back in St Augustine, this is where we’re staying.
