Welcome to 3206 Windsor Court South, a 2nd floor villa offering stunning views of the landscaped grounds, sparkling pool, peaceful lagoon, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Step into a bright and spacious living area featuring plush carpeting, ample seating, a 55" Roku TV, and a wall of windows that fills the space with natural light. The living room also opens to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying ocean breezes and morning coffee. A Queen Sleeper sofa provides additional space for guests.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and travertine tile, extending through the entry, kitchen, and dining areas. Gather around the dining table with seating for six and enjoy the open-concept design that makes entertaining a breeze.

The master suite offers a king bed, 32" TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the villa for added privacy and features two twin beds, a 20" TV, and a private bath with a jetted tub and shower combination.

With its ideal layout, and spectacular views, this villa provides the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway.

Enjoy all that Windsor Court complex has to offer with large pool and kiddie pool, reading deck, BBQ grilling area with dining tables, play area, boardwalk to ocean and more. Or enjoy nearby golf courses, kayak and canoe rentals and dining and shopping galore. A Palmetto Dunes shuttle operates during the peak season.

Absolutely wonderful! This place was new, clean, updated. The beaches are excellent and there are plenty of places around to eat great food. Came here with my wife and daughters for a few days and we were not disappointed!

Loved the location, it was peacefully quiet. Our place was very clean and well kept. I’d definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again myself. Amenities were on point. We really enjoyed ourselves at this place.

Loved our stay. The space was clean and close to the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and night.

Great location! We had very nice beds, the whole apartment was clean and comfortable. The view of the pond and pool was great. Almost a little too hot at the time we went to sit on the porch though. The bathrooms were great-especially the master bath. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The pool was a perfect temp and such a beautiful space! Garage parking was easy. Everything was wonderful, we hope to return next yer (or sooner!)My only criticism was that the ventilation in the elevator and pool bathrooms needs to be addressed, because they could really get hot and stuffy. Also, the pond could use some cleaning. Overall great place!

The property was well described online. Spacious and comfortable and we greatly appreciated the thoughtful supplies for the dishwasher & clothes washer that were provided. Easy access to the ocean with a pretty good view from the windows/balcony. Check-in and exit were simple with the parking pass provided in the welcome packet (this was a welcome change from a different property we stayed at previously). Only real negative was that part of the turtle pond was covered in a thick film that was rather unpleasant, but there were still plenty of turtles (we counted 14) swimming around. They would swim directly over to anyone near the pond and were fun to watch. Great stay overall. Highly recommend.

Pristine Property

We had a very pleasant stay at Windsor Court South May 2-6. The entire property was pristine. The pool, the hallways, stairways and parking garage were the most clean I've seen in a long time. The property maintenance team was always working and you can tell they take pride in their work. Lovely location, nice people and perfect weather. Will be booking again.

Beach Week

Property was exactly as expected from photos and description. Property manager called after 24 and 72 hours to verify everything was going well and see if there were any problems with the property that needed attention. No problems at all, just a wonderful relaxing week.
