Offering a boat slip right outside your back door makes this unit the perfect place for boaters and divers alike. Fully stocked kitchen with separate coffee/breakfast bar. Don't forget to enjoy the pool and tiki areas in the evening for relaxing. Bait freezer and fish cleaning area provided along with private boat ramp. This amenity could save you many hours of waiting in line so you can be on the water faster.

Love this condo and the complex! Comfortable accommodations, perfect for boaters with slip, ramp, pool, and trailer parking. Owner and Katie great to work with during our stay. Already booked for 2027. Thanks for all the extras when we checked in. Great fishing too!

Perfect Home Away From Home

We loved the location & the property itself. We had everything we needed & then some. We started everyday with our coffee by the water in the warm sunshine. We hope to visit again soon!

This property and house was perfect for our needs. The house was comfortable, clean and well kept. The boat access, pool, and washer/dryer in very close proximity made the trip fun, relaxing and easy! We did have one issue as the AC unit went out but they were so quick in their response and getting it fixed ASAP, even with needing to purchase and install a whole new unit.

Dolphin Trip

This condo has been completely updated. Even has tile on the ceiling in the bathrooms. Convenient location near restaurants, grocery stores and bait shops. Great boating with good dock and access to a fuel dock and launch ramp on the premises. We would stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for good accomodations and fishing experience.

Nice but compact

We had a nice week here and enjoyed the visit from a manatee mom and calf. Property fine but probably a little more compact than we expected. However all facilities provided.

Loved it!

The condo was great - clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We loved the screened in porch and sitting out by the canal.

Family Vacation

This property was very clean and updated. The manager had left a lot of personal touches including items you could use if you had forgotten them at home. Highly recommend this condo.

It was excellent staying here!

We had an awesome time very clean lotta space we left there a day early due to the hurricane coming hopefully will get back down there again! But overall awesome place to stay

With still having younger children, we wanted to have a place that would offer something for everyone. We know you will enjoy it as much as our family does.

We knew when we first decided to look in Marathon that we wanted our space to be waterfront with the option for docking our boat. With the amenities that our condo has to offer, we knew we found the perfect spot. With the closeness to the beach and pool for our family to relax in after being on the water, what more could we ask for...

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This space is unique as it offers all of the best options in Marathon. We are located so close to such great restaurants, perfect location to the wonderful sandbars just outside our waterways, having the slip right outside our back door sure makes loading the boat for the day a breeze. We also have a wonderful area outside our back door to relax while grilling up today's fresh catch.
