PERFECT

I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this was the best I’ve seen. Perfect location, very comfortable and so clean!!! The place had everything you could possibly need! Jon was a great host and communication was easy. I would highly recommend!

Great and clean place to stay

Nice and clean place to stay for our family of 5. Beautiful view of the mountains out the front window. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Each room had a fan or window ac unit which kept us nice and cool. Would definitely come back again.

Great location for Colorado Springs adventures

This was a great location for our trips to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a park across the stress and front window mountain views. Jon was responsive and willing to help with anything. Clean and comfortable for our family of six (with two kids on the pull out futon adjacent to the living room).

Amazing stay

Loved everything about the property. Centrally located and easily accessible, had everything that my family and I needed to make our stay confortable and convenient. We appreciated the Christmas tree to add a touch of home!!!

Charming home with great view

Absolutely loved our stay, the house was clean and well stocked and the view out the front window of the park was gorgeous. The little back yard was perfect for an evening dinner outside and the impressively long lasting water heater ensured everyone got a hot shower after hiking the Garden of the Gods just down the road. Loved this stay and would be happy to come back anytime we come through Colorado Springs.

A wonderful time

This was a wonderful place to stay. The accomadations were excellent. The washer and dryer were a great bonus to this place. Sleeping here was great, no noise was heard from the outside. All appliacnces and teevees worked, There was easy access to all areas of Colorado Springs. Thanks so much ...

Serendipity House

We enjoyed out stay at the Serendipity House, it had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to all of my questions. Easy access to all you would like to do and see in Colorado Springs.

Everything you need!

We had a great experience at this property. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were above and beyond our expectations. We explored Palmer Park, which is only 1.5 miles from the property. The park is a great location to get nice views of the city and Pike’s Peak.

Enjoyed our stay.

Came to Colorado Springs for the Sparkler softball tournament. Chose this location for the park across the street. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable home.

Serendipity House was wonderful

We had a terrific time at Serendipity House. The central location was great for visits with family and friends. The home was immaculate and provided for all of our needs. The decor is lovely, and the furnishings are both high-end and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the back patio and lush grass for evenings outside during the lovely summer weather. This was an exceptional find for quality and price.

Loved every part of it!

It was our first time staying in a B&B so I had lots of questions. The host was very responsive and kind about all the questions I had. When we arrived it was clean and cozy. Many things were provided for our stay which made it less stressful when traveling with small children. They ever baby proofed some which I thought was very thoughtful. We definitely will be back!

Nice location and beautiful view of Pikes Peak

This was a great place for us to stay while visiting family in the area. We struggled a bit with the pull-out bed, comforter and duvet, but it was late and we were trying to get the kids to bed. We spent most of our time away during the day and used the kitchen minimally, but it appeared to have everything you would need to make meals. Thanks Jon!

Classy and Charming

I have stayed in many VRBO properties and IMust say this is the nicest property I have encountered. From the bedding to the silverware is a class act. Very clean, quiet and close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Nice and quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. The cutest back yard with plenty of seating. Enjoyed mr stay completely. I honestly can't say anything negative. Thank you for letting us enjoy your precious home.

Excellent location!

We wanted to see a lot in the area and everything was within 20 min of the place. Very clean and everything you'd need was thought of (we would suggest adding dish clothes and towels). Very thoughtful hosts.
