Stay in the heart of beautiful Old Historic St. Augustine. A leisurely 2 block stroll gets you to the plaza in the center of town. All of the finest restaurants, shops, and attractions are at your convenience. A 10 min drive gets you to the beach where we can provide beach chairs, umbrellas and parking right next to the beach. Other attractions such as the Ampitheater and Alligator Farm are a short drive. Walk to the downtown shopping district. Live it up! The nightlife is full of live music and bustling streets.

Perfect for our weekend in town for our niece’s wedding. Walked to historic area a couple times. Nice to have a parking space. Spacious living area and nice flow in condo. Terri was helpful and condo was clean. Great stay!

Perfect Condo

My husband and I had a great time in St Augustine. The condo was very clean and a great location. We walked everywhere. Would highly recommend this place. Terri the owner was very easy to work with. Will stay here again when we come back to St Augustine.

Sweet stay

Loved the apartment, felt at home. Great being able to walk to town for dinner and drinks. Comprehensive guide and info from the owners. They truly make an effort for guests. Recommend!

Great property

The condo is very nice and walking distance to the square where there are many dining options. The property was very large and nicely appointed. Terry was incredibly responsive and helpful. This was a great find!

Christmas weekend

This place was amazing, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. My only complaint was having to climb steps to second floor but everything else was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location for sightseeing!

Cute place! Beds were really comfy. We ate across the street at the old city house, it was wonderful! Martinis are good too! One small negative that could be taken care of, was it needs a professional deep cleaning. But like I said that can be taken care of, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again! Thank you, Terri!

Great location for St. Augustine.

Enjoyed our week long stay. We were able to walk to most location and the beach was only a 5 minute drive away. Condo had plenty of room for our family and kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make dinners most nights. The area was very quiet and neighbors were quiet. No complaints.

Very relaxing stay!

Beautifullly decorated interior. I loved all the art. It was very hot outside which was a blessing because it forced us to rest. St Augustine has amazing history. Our 10 year old loved listening the historyand stories on the walking tours from our phones.

It was amazing. Well furnished and had every thing you could possibly need. The beds slept well and the colors were so relaxing. The only draw back was the stairs for a 79 year old heart patience was a little much in the hot weather but I would rent again.

Wonderful Stay and location!

A wonderful stay in St Augustine! Very close to the main area (5 minute walk) and wonderful restaurants nearby. Incredibly communicative and responsive host!

25th Anniversary

The property is very nice, comfortable beds, great location, nice and roomy, beautiful bathroom. We was able go back and forth from condo and downtown by way of walking, which was very important to use because we had my dog with us.

Quaint, close-in historic condo.

We stayed 10 days and it was delightful! The condo has very chic decor and is surprisingly close to everything! Just a couple blocks from the Lightner Museum and Flagler College. We walked to everything. We had lattes and danish or breakfast bagels at the Sweetwater Cafe most mornings. We walked to Fish Camp, Harry’s, Casa Reina, Pizzalley and the Old City House Restaurant and more for lunch/dinner. We even went to a performance of The First Coast Opera Company at Flagler Auditorium. We spent most days exploring and returned to the condo to unwind and watch a movie before turning in. The bed was very comfy and it is a very quiet neighborhood!

Great condo and great location!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and had such a great time! The condo was clean and included everything we needed for our stay. We had plenty of room to relax in the evenings after a long day of beaching or touring. The location was perfect for an easy walk into town. Would definitely recommend.

Location!

This unit is exactly what is advertised! Great layout and spacious unit. Very clean! Kitchen is well stocked. The loacation is in a quiet neighborhood and is an easy walk to the square. We didnt use our car at all, we walked everywhere. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! When we are back in the area we will definitely see if this unit is available!

Couldn’t ask for a better property.

We were meant to stay here! Everywhere else was booked and the host just happened to have a guest cancel at the last minute. The property is in the perfect location. Right by the college and easy to walk to all of the local nightlife, restaurants and bars. Perfect for families who need their own spaces and for pets! Huge grassy backyard and right by a beautiful lake. Will definitely stay here again.
