We had a wonderful stay at this absolutely lovely property in Suttons Bay! The location was perfect—in a wonderful neighborhood and convenient for exploring Leland, the Leelanau Peninsula, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and the surrounding area. Our host, Kristin, checked in regularly to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and we really appreciated her thoughtfulness. It was a wonderful home base for our northern Michigan vacation, and we will definitely plan to stay here again!

We chose this spot for a girls' trip and wine tour weekend, and it couldn't have been better. The place is seriously so cute, and the location was perfect. Everything was super walkable, and the whole area is just adorable.Our host was awesome! She was so helpful and genuinely excited to help us plan where to eat, and every one of her recommendations was spot on.We had such a great time that we're already planning to make this an annual trip. We'll definitely be back!

This property is PERFECT for a trip to Sutton’s Bay and is just minutes away from the beach and downtown. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating for a group. Excellent and quick communication with the host. We hope to be back!

We had another wonderful week in Suttons Bay! The house is clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with plenty of room for our group of five. Its location makes it easy to enjoy the area’s restaurants, local attractions, and boating on Lake Leelanau. The nearby public beach was once again a big hit with our granddaughter. Kristen was responsive and easy to work with, making everything go smoothly. It’s a great home base for enjoying the Leelanau Peninsula, and we’d happily recommend it to others looking for a relaxing stay in the area.

The house is in a perfect location: close to shops and the beach. This was our second year staying at Kristen's place and we are already looking forward to our third! Kristen is the most attentive host we have rented from, which has made both of our stays stress-free. She also does a great job of sharing what toys and activities are available for our kids.

Sutton's Bay

The house was clean and spacious enough for our family. We enjoyed the location relative to beach and "downtown" shops and restaurants. Would stay again if we return to Sutton's Bay.

Perfect for a family

Great house in a perfect location! Walk to the beach, ice cream, stores, or to dinner. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions I had during my stay.

Excellent property

Very nice house at a great location. We had 4 couples staying and each bedroom having a queen bed perfectly suited us. Great customer service - the owner contacted us a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Family Vacation

Home was very clean and well appointed. Perfect location for family to enjoy Suttons Bay, Leland, and Northport away from the crowds of Traverse City. Kristen responded immediately to any texts or calls we made with questions. Great place for a family stay.

Perfect trip

Our stay was amazing! 10 of us girls stayed in this cute house and all slept very comfortably. The house is walking distance from so many places that are down town. Kristen was so friendly!!

Absolute Perfection stay July 7-8

This was the best stay ever. Things were so clean, up to date, and close to everything. Kristen was great to work with and checked in to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We came for a wedding, I just wished we had more time. I would definitely come back

Wedding weekend

My daughter had a destination wedding in Traverse City and this property in Suttons Bay was nearby to the venue and events so it was perfect! Very beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to shops and restaurants in Suttons Bay, too. The home was comfortable and well maintained throughout! An excellent choice for anyone in the area!

Perfect Suttons Bay location

This house is exactly as described. Very charming, very comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location for walking to anything downtown Suttons Bay. Kristen is super easy to check in with, answered any questions quickly, and provided all the information we needed! Love the house, perfect space for a girls trip, couples or families! Plenty of room, great patio space. Hope to go back again!
