This property is PERFECT for a trip to Sutton’s Bay and is just minutes away from the beach and downtown. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating for a group. Excellent and quick communication with the host. We hope to be back!

The house is in a perfect location: close to shops and the beach. This was our second year staying at Kristen's place and we are already looking forward to our third! Kristen is the most attentive host we have rented from, which has made both of our stays stress-free. She also does a great job of sharing what toys and activities are available for our kids.

Sutton's Bay

The house was clean and spacious enough for our family. We enjoyed the location relative to beach and "downtown" shops and restaurants. Would stay again if we return to Sutton's Bay.

Perfect for a family

Great house in a perfect location! Walk to the beach, ice cream, stores, or to dinner. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions I had during my stay.

Excellent property

Very nice house at a great location. We had 4 couples staying and each bedroom having a queen bed perfectly suited us. Great customer service - the owner contacted us a couple of times to ensure we had everything we needed.

Family Vacation

Home was very clean and well appointed. Perfect location for family to enjoy Suttons Bay, Leland, and Northport away from the crowds of Traverse City. Kristen responded immediately to any texts or calls we made with questions. Great place for a family stay.

Perfect trip

Our stay was amazing! 10 of us girls stayed in this cute house and all slept very comfortably. The house is walking distance from so many places that are down town. Kristen was so friendly!!

Wedding weekend

My daughter had a destination wedding in Traverse City and this property in Suttons Bay was nearby to the venue and events so it was perfect! Very beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to shops and restaurants in Suttons Bay, too. The home was comfortable and well maintained throughout! An excellent choice for anyone in the area!

Absolute Perfection stay July 7-8

This was the best stay ever. Things were so clean, up to date, and close to everything. Kristen was great to work with and checked in to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We came for a wedding, I just wished we had more time. I would definitely come back

Perfect Suttons Bay location

This house is exactly as described. Very charming, very comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location for walking to anything downtown Suttons Bay. Kristen is super easy to check in with, answered any questions quickly, and provided all the information we needed! Love the house, perfect space for a girls trip, couples or families! Plenty of room, great patio space. Hope to go back again!

Birthday weekend

The whole experience was so easy and the property owner was so gracious! Our goal was to taste the local wines away from the city. Great house, in a great location, at a great price. Will do it again!!!

Beautiful stay in the heart of wine country!

The house is absolutely spectacular with the best location! We had 4 couples in the home, and we were all very comfortable during our stay! We loved walking in to town and the proximity to all things wine and Suttons Bay was phenomenal! Kristen is a fantastic host and a great communicator! Her attention to detail is so appreciated and we loved all of the little touches in the house! We will absolutely be back!!

Location Location! Amazing Host!

3 Adults and 4 kids (ages 6-10) stayed for 3 nights in July. The location of the house is awesome allowing us to walk into town easily and get to all the sites within a short drive. The house is updated and had room for all of us. Host was super helpful and proactive. She gave us so many suggestions of things to see and do, especially with the kids. We had an amazing time!
