Guests will find all the comforts of home in a serene setting and a great location for surf fishing. The main draws of this condo? The direct beach access, which offers fun in the sun, and access to a community outdoor pool!

Great experience

Both the host and Vacasa kept us informed before the stay And was easy to reach while we were there with questions we had. Very comfortable home. Would definitely return again.

Very nice property in a great location.

We had a great time and this was a very nice property for a long weekend away. Very nice amenities and it's in a great location with great access to the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful apartment

It’s located in a convenient spot just inside of Nags Head. The pool and beach access on the side of the building are great. The apartment is spacious. downfalls: Vacasa was absolutely horrible to deal with. We were told the property owners would call us due to delayed check in and we never heard from anyone.

Outer banks

Great location, ocean front but unfortunately the dunes block the view, which was ok because we were steps away from the beach. The unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We stayed for seven nights and to our surprise there were only two trash bags, three dishwasher tabs and three washing machine tabs supplied for our stay and no others cleaning supplies others than a vacuum. The closet did not have enough hangers for all our clothes. No extra blankets or pillow cases for the extra pillows. We had a great time and you can not beat the location. Thank you for the use of your beach house…

Made great memories

3 generations making memories. Great size for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable. We ate as a family around the dining room table. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the ocean. The pool was well maintained and a welcomed way to relax after a day on the beach. Stores and restaurants close by. We brought our own toiletries, dish & laundry detergent. We did have to buy garbage bags as there was only 1 supplied. (not enough for a weeks stay). Not complaining...We really enjoyed our stay!

A lovely getaway

This was the perfect spot for us. The location was great and we had plenty of space. We slept comfortably and all the amenities worked well. Would recommend!

Nice Condo, broken dishwasher

This is a nice condo, dune blocks view of the beach. The dishwasher broke and VACASA never fixed, despite multiple calls. Only main living room TV gets cable access, other TVs only access a few streaming services. Nice place. Small kitchen, but well stocked. Bring your own blender. The one there is terribly inadequate, it would not blend a milkshake.

Perfect place to vacation.

This was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone and direct access to the beach. If it rained, we could sit on the porch and enjoy the view, or could even go inside and enjoy it. It had everything we needed for a full week. We hated to leave. Will definitely be back.

Nags Head Palace

Excellent furnishings, clean. Comfortable beds. Only concerns were the elevator was broken our entire stay, the heat/dry setting in the dishwasher does not work, bifold mirror doors in master bath need adjustment as they scrape. The kitchen could use a few glass measuring cups and a pitcher. Overall a plus.

Sister’s trip

Housekeeping apparently not great. There were pillow cases missing from one bedroom and one bed did not have a bottom sheet just mattress pad, but made up as if ready. Bathrooms were not swept and shower had hair in it. Trash was not removed from previous tenant. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and found that the property itself was well represented. It was exactly as described.

Weekend girls trip

Took a last minute trip for some much needed relaxation and this place did not disappoint. The kitchen was well stocked and the place felt very comfortable. Condo was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

House was beautiful and clean. We were right on the beach; however the first floor does not have beach view because of the dunes. I knew this ahead of time. There is a private wooden walkway that takes you over the dune to the beach. Restaurants and other activities are close by.

Perfect holiday retreat

I have used Vacasa for several years and was not disappointed, This may have been the nicest property we have had. High Quality all around. Had out state freinds and they were very impressed.
