Located on the second floor, this waterfront retreat features a sunny open layout with a flatscreen TV with cable (all over TVs are Smart TVs), an updated kitchen with Drip and Keurig coffee makers, updated bathrooms, and a 38-foot deck facing the pool, which is a great spot to enjoy a nice cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Guests will find all the comforts of home in a serene setting and a great location for surf fishing. The main draws of this condo? Great location

We enjoyed the location. Plenty of restaurants we could walk to and the beach was right there. The condo had plenty of room and everything we needed.Great stay!

Lovely Stay

I was in town for just a few days and was grateful to find a partial week stay, on the beach that was affordable for just me. I ate all my meals in and the kitchen supplies were perfect. The place was very clean and roomy. A very comfortable place to hang out while I was not out and about exploring the Outer Banks! Weather was still a little cool in March, but the sun was shining every day! I look forward to going back again one day!

Perfect Vacation Rental in the OBX

I can see why this place is rated so highly – it was beautiful, spacious, clean, and the location is wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending to others as well!

Great experience

Both the host and Vacasa kept us informed before the stay And was easy to reach while we were there with questions we had. Very comfortable home. Would definitely return again.

Perfect holiday retreat

OBX is such a great getaway for the holidays, and this condo was in the perfect location: right on the beach, fully stocked kitchen ready to cook a holiday meal, and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

A lovely getaway

This was the perfect spot for us. The location was great and we had plenty of space. We slept comfortably and all the amenities worked well. Would recommend!

Weekend girls trip

Took a last minute trip for some much needed relaxation and this place did not disappoint. The kitchen was well stocked and the place felt very comfortable. Condo was in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to vacation.

This was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone and direct access to the beach. If it rained, we could sit on the porch and enjoy the view, or could even go inside and enjoy it. It had everything we needed for a full week. We hated to leave. Will definitely be back.

Great location

3 king beds with clean, spacious living area was perfect for what we needed. The pool was a bonus! This place is a must stay! The large sliding glass doors give access to a large balcony for watching the sunrise.

Beautiful apartment

It’s located in a convenient spot just inside of Nags Head. The pool and beach access on the side of the building are great. The apartment is spacious. downfalls: Vacasa was absolutely horrible to deal with. We were told the property owners would call us due to delayed check in and we never heard from anyone.

Nags Head Palace

Excellent furnishings, clean. Comfortable beds. Only concerns were the elevator was broken our entire stay, the heat/dry setting in the dishwasher does not work, bifold mirror doors in master bath need adjustment as they scrape. The kitchen could use a few glass measuring cups and a pitcher. Overall a plus.

I had a great time. The place was very comfortable.

We all had a really good time. The only complaint that I would have is the televisions are too small and quite dated. It would’ve been nice if the pool would’ve been open and the beach access would’ve been accessible it was blocked behind yellow caution tape, the whole time we were there, but that’s part of going early season I guess. The beds were all very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean, and the kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Checkout was easy, we’d happily return again.

Nice Condo, broken dishwasher

This is a nice condo, dune blocks view of the beach. The dishwasher broke and VACASA never fixed, despite multiple calls. Only main living room TV gets cable access, other TVs only access a few streaming services. Nice place. Small kitchen, but well stocked. Bring your own blender. The one there is terribly inadequate, it would not blend a milkshake.

Outer banks

Great location, ocean front but unfortunately the dunes block the view, which was ok because we were steps away from the beach. The unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We stayed for seven nights and to our surprise there were only two trash bags, three dishwasher tabs and three washing machine tabs supplied for our stay and no others cleaning supplies others than a vacuum. The closet did not have enough hangers for all our clothes. No extra blankets or pillow cases for the extra pillows. We had a great time and you can not beat the location. Thank you for the use of your beach house…

Sister’s trip

Housekeeping apparently not great. There were pillow cases missing from one bedroom and one bed did not have a bottom sheet just mattress pad, but made up as if ready. Bathrooms were not swept and shower had hair in it. Trash was not removed from previous tenant. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and found that the property itself was well represented. It was exactly as described.

Condo Needed a Check Through BEFORE Renters arrive.

We loved the location. And the place was a great size for our family. I’d consider renting again, with assurances that it has been checked through and cleared . The steps on the Beach side were undermined. Making it difficult to get on and off the beach. The shower in MBRM was broken/ only had hot water. The water heater was leaking. And we reported no pillow cases in one of the K’s and VACASA dropped off Q pillow cases. All the lamps only had the lowest 3 way lite lit. No other levels worked. The vacuum did not work. Having so many issues meant we had a constant stream of plumbers and such , in and out . Not good . I suggest better checks need to be made throughout the Rental Season. We paid In-Season Rates but had a low season rental full of issues.
