Fantastic spot in berlin close to everything

We had the most perfect stay. The location is ideal and the hosts are wonderful. Only 5 minutes to beautiful downtown berlin and 15 minutes to ocean city. Such a perfect dog friendly spot

Perfect fit for our family

This was just what we needed to get away for a long weekend. Great location in between Assateague and the Ocean City boardwalk. Very clean and quiet place.

Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay in the perfect location. The property was close to the beach, boardwalk, softball fields, and many restaurants. It was clean and cozy!

Convenient and Clean

Property was convenient to OCMD and Berlin and clean. The Host was very nice, easy to comminucate with and accomodating.

Nice quiet retreat

This property provided for all our lodging needs included some area for us to walk our dog around the property. 10 minutes gets you to Assateague island or to pickup a pizza for supper. Very convenient and quiet surroundings.

Lovely stay!

Everything was perfect! Hosts were friendly and took time to learn who we were, very kind and asked for feedback! Rental was clean and as expected- served our needs for a place to sleep and house our dogs while visiting the beach!

Awesome place with amazing hosts

We rented this bungalow for a weekend to go to ocean city boardwalk and assateugue island. The adorable cozy bungalow was perfect for me, my dad, my friend, mysister and nephew. The owners were amazing people very welcoming and just good people we enjoyed our stay so much and cannot wait to go back again.

Cozy and Comfortable

Perfect little cottage for us. Great distance to the island and had everything we needed. Was so great not to need to haul linens and paper goods. Super easy check in and overall great stay. Will definitely be staying again!

Welcoming

This was a great location for our family as we wanted to explore both Assateague Island and Ocean City. Accommodations were extremely welcoming and comfortable! Our entire family enjoyed our stay. We had a great hostess who made the experience all the more enjoyable.

Perfection!

My family always vacations at Assateague. This is the perfect location. 10 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from Downtown Berlin. The hosts were amazing, the house was quiet, clean, and the yard was big for our dog. Thank you so much for your hospitality Pastina and James!

Clean, quiet space

The neighborhood was pleasant, the location was back from the street and very quiet. There was plenty of parking and room to walk my dogs. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The interior was clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

End of summer mini vacation

Location was out of the way from main craziness that comes with ocmd which we really liked. Pasting and James made you feel right at home and were the nicest friendliest people you could meet. Thank you for sharing your place with us. Hope to see you two again over another summer vacation.

Great experience

Everything about this stay was exceptional, to the ease of booking, the actual property and attention from the host. Incredible easy to talk to and very accommodating. Can't recommend enough and we'll be booking with them again on our next trip to the ocean. Very conveniently located and private. Accommodations were clean and as advertised. Definitely 10/10

Band in Town

We were in OC for fourth of July playing music around town. The place was perfectly convenient for getting in and out of town. The owners were very friendly and sweet. The place was just what we needed. Not too flashy, a cool little spot.

Cozy weekend

My family and I booked a weekend here when our other vacation plans changed. Pastina and James were very welcoming and the house was cozy and clean. The location was great for us! 10 minutes to Assateague Island, 15 minutes to Ocean City, and Frontier Land was only about 5 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again sometime!

Bicycle Touring

The hosts were amazingly hospitable and helpful and friendly and easy to work with. Being on bicycles, there was some uncertainty about our arrival; the hosts were very accommodating. Went out of their way for us on several occasions.

Clean, Quiet, & Friendly

Very nice little place with almost everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were there to greet us and responded to questions quickly. The property is right next door to the hosts but we were never bothered or inconvenienced. The only things that could make it perfect is a washer/dryer on site, some hooks and coat hangers to hang clothing and towels, and a quieter ceiling fan in the primary bedroom. Overall, one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in! A+

Enjoyed our stay

We met with the property manager upon arriving and she was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were left alone during our two day/two night stay. I also brought with two small dogs and the property is accommodating for their needs as well. Beds were comfortable , kitchen set up well for all our needs, and living room area was very suitable. Property clean inside and outside. Meet all of our needs. Would stay again especially since pets are welcome.

Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine.
