We had a such a relaxing week at this condo. It was just as pictured. It was so nice being able to walk right out on the beach from the back porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the Patio

We love this condo. The renovations are very nice. The location to the beach is perfect. Everything we needed was there. We would love to stay here again. I could stay on the patio instead of the beach and be just as happy. The kitchen had everything we needed, too.

Great location

Great location for an awesome beach vacation. The condo is a little tired inside and could use some updating, but the location is great.

Amazing Location

The unit is definitely a bit dated, but was well stocked and clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the location, four steps down to the sand, truly amazing.

Beautiful Week

Love the location! We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed ourselves. Would only change the mattress, but I am not in my twenties any more. ;-). We would definitely stay here again.

Condo on beach

We’ve stayed at this condo several times. Sadly it wil be our last. The bedroom was extremely hot. It needs some updating.

Great short getaway for my husband and I.

Location was great. We were able to walk right onto beach from condo without having to climb down two or three flights of stairs. Beach was crowded because the condo is near an access for the neighborhood. Condo could use some updating but overall good.

Amazing beachfront location

The location was the best. Open the deck gate and step onto the beach. I could sit on the deck and drink my coffee while my kids played in the sand…I have never had such a BEACHFRONT experience!!! Condo itself could use a good update/facelift…but if you’re there for the beach, this is where it’s at!!!

Great beach access but zero privacy

If you're looking for great beach access, then this is your place. However, the lack of privacy on the deck area was less than ideal and I would highly recommend the condo be updated with more comfortable seating, black out curtains for the bedroom and a new dishwasher.

Amazing Location

I have been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for many years, from Orange Beach to Panama City and there just isn't a better location than Leeward II, main level #3. You step off your deck onto the sandy beach with a short stroll to the water. The Paradise Properties team could not have been more accommodative - great communication and intent on making our stay perfect. The condo itself could use an update but the bed and pillows were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend especially for couples.

Amazing View

The view from the deck is amazing, cant beat it which is why we picked the place. The condo needs a bit of a facelift though. Older décor and appliances. Also the floor wasn't cleaned completely in the kitchen when we got there.

Excellent Stay

You just really can't get any better of a location than the Leeward condos, they are right on the beach and just a couple steps to the sand. I loved this condo being on the ground floor where we could sit on the deck to watch sunrise and sunset. For those looking for accessible condos, this one is perfect being on the ground floor, grab bars in the tub/shower, and being able to walk right out onto the beach and ocean front chair set up. While the condo could use some minor updates (couch is a little squeaky when sitting on it), it had everything we needed and the property managers checked in multiple times throughout our stay via text to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!
