the view was amazing. The pool waa very very cold and not heated. One pool was closed alimg with the hot tub and the tiki bar was also closed so that was a huge bummer

Spacious and nice

The place was very spacious and served its purpose. Tidewater itself isn’t my favorite in terms of places to stay . This specific condo was really nice.

Tidewater condo experience

Overall the stay was good. Only thing that needs to improve at the location would be the elevators. Felt like we spent half of the trip on elevators or waiting on elevators. Other than location and everything about it was great.

Spring break 2024

Condo was beautiful and spacious. Only draw back was the wait time at elevators. There were two close to our condo that weren’t working and the wait time was long.

Fun time at the beach

We had so much fun at the beach! The condo was wonderful, great view and fully stocked kitchen. The only recommendation we would make is that the carpet is updated… in the doorways and where the carpet meets the tile, we could feel the tact strips! OUCH! This was our second stay at tidewater, the elevator wait time is as expected. We loved the views, the pool, and the location!

Great property ! Once checked in and went to our room door code would not work. My wife then called real joy and was able to to get a secondary code that was work. It took about and hour from trying the first code until we got one that worked that was a bit aggravating. Real joy was very helpful and able to assist tho. Elevator wait times were lengthy also. I would most definitely stay again tho.

Condo was nice. However the elevators are a nightmare we won't be back because of it

Rental process and the unit were great. We have stayed at Tidewater multiple times however this was the worst the elevators have ever been. Our entire softball stayed at Tidewater and everyone is in agreement with the elevators and most of us and our families will not stay there again. Way too much of our time was spent waiting on elevators or climbing stairs and that isn't how we want to spend our vacation.

Elevators are terrible at Tidewater!!!!

You could wait up to an hour for elevators during busy times of day. And when it’s not busy, you still might wait a long time. There were very few times where I didn’t have a long wait. We will never stay here again! Also, the carpet was worn out in room 901. You could feel the tacks on the edge of the carpet so we had to cover them with whatever rugs we could find so my one year old wouldn’t step on them.

Spent more time waiting on elevators than actually enjoying my vacation

The elevator issue here is atrocious. I have Senior Citizens that had to consistently walk up and down 9 flights of stairs because they only had about 1/3 of the onsite elevators working. It’s sad when you are looking for a relaxing vacation and spend 2+ thousand dollars to stay at a property and you have to wait around for 30 minutes every time you need to use an elevator. It is extremely disappointing!

Place was awesome, but the elevators was bad. We had to wait 5 minutes or longer just to go up.

Awesome place. Just need to get elevators fixed. The wait time for it was very bad.
