Great home in a great location. Susan, the host, was really easy to work with and had the home sparkling clean. We have stayed at several different spots on the Balboa Peninsula. If you are not turned off by the crowds on the boardwalk, this is a great option.

The location was perfect and the house was as advertised. Susan, the property manager did a great job on the introduction and even recommended an excellent private chef for a birthday. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location just a quick walk in multiple directions for restaurants, coffee and treats. Pavilions also is short walking distance. Three bedrooms on the 2nd level. Primary bedroom is right on the boardwalk, 2nd bedroom is in the middle of the home and 3rd bedroom has windows facing out to the alley in the back. All were en-suite. There was also a pull-out Crate and Barrel sofa bed on the 3rd level in the room with the pool table. We were able to fit two cars in the garage and one car in front of the garage. We were also able to find street parking very close. A/C was nice as it was quite warm the week we went. The host referred us to a private chef who came in and cooked up a feast for 8 of us. We were able to gather very comfortably around the huge table. Chef and food were amazing. We also ordered in one night from the local old-school Italian restaurant which was quite reasonable and the food was good. The power went out for a little, but it was neighborhood-wide. I contacted the host and she checked in with the power company right away and gave me their update for when it should come back on, which was less than an hour. The host spent a lot of time going over all the features of the home which was helpful. There were 6 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, and 2 umbrellas that could be brought out to the beach. There were also 2 bikes and sand toys. Thanks, Susan, for your thoughtfulness in providing a few extras that made my birthday trip so special.

Family Getaway!

Everything was excellent from the moment we came in to leaving. The location is perfect, so sit back and enjoy! The property manager was available if and when needed and was always ready to assist.

Favorite House

We’ve stayed at several houses on the boardwalk in Newport Beach and this is by far our favorite. This house has it all! Thank you for our best stay yet! We will definitely be back!

The house was clean, check in was easy and the house manager Susan was superb. She was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. We will definitely go back to that house. It is very nice of the owner to allow dogs in the house, our dogs are old and it’s hard to leave them behind with dog seaters when we leave on vacation. Big thanks to the owner for sharing his beautiful home and to Susan for being such a great house manager.

Great for friends trips!

We enjoyed the space very much! Great location right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets each night. Very nice high end neighborhood. The number of full bathrooms was a big plus as each couple had their own. Great communication / care about our stay from the property manager!

Beyond amazing!!

This place is amazing! You have everything you need to stay a few days or a few months!! We didn't want to leave!! Susan is great to work with and everything was as pictured! Definitely will be back! Don't pass on this one!

Spectacular property!

We had an incredible time. The location, property, and Susan (the property manager) are all amazing. Every detail is thought through. It truly is a luxury property right on the sand. Susan was accessible and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to be back soon!

Christmas in Newport

Fabulous location. Very nice owner & property manager. Property manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and that we had everything we needed. The only downside for us was the lengthy orientation upon check in - over an hour. Too long after a full day of travel. Would stay again.

Luxury Beach House on the sand/boardwalk

Very comfortable beach house to stay with family or friends. Well equipped kitchen and all household supplies, towels any anything else you would need. Great views of the beach and sunset from the patio, balcony or rooftop desk. House Manager, Susan, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She made our stay extra special.

Wonderful location and outdoor spaces

The house is lovely and the location/view can’t be beat. There was an issue with the blinds in the primary that Susan addressed very promptly, despite it being Christmas holiday. Only downside is the complexity, there’s a decent amount to know in terms of running the house. Still would highly recommend, my family and I had a great time.

Memorial Day Getaway

Our trip was absolutely amazing! The house was even more special in person, if you can believe that. Susan was an incredible host, she made us feel so incredibly welcome and gave us the complete run down on the place and area so that we could settle in right away and enjoy every moment. She was responsive, attentive, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect! We spent all our time on the first floor patio and roof top deck, each providing its own amazing oceanfront experience.

Oceanfront Newport Beach

Property has gorgeous view and very well maintained, layout perfect for 6 adults plus children… step out onto sand, walk to restaurants, air conditioning, two fridges, everything as described on website. Family went surfing, boarding, bike riding, enjoyed rooftop jacuzzi, grilling, playing pool and just kicking back. Perfect family vacation. Manager made the property perfect upon our arrival and very enjoyable. Very clean. All questions answered immediately.

This particular location is the best because it is on the boardwalk and is closer to Pacific Coast Highway for easy access. This stretch of narrow beach is advantageous because it is fewer steps to the water and allows the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep.
