The Sea Shed-Laketown Wharf
Nestled between a private lake and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is a great place to be. It resides in the heart of Panama City Beach. The best shopping, entertainment, and dining are all around. Access to five swimming pools, two hot tubs, putting green, fitness room and ocean across the street. There is the Wharf Seafood Buffet, the Candy Maker ice cream/candy store, Salon, Juan Taco, Lu Lu's sports bar, and 810 Billiards & Bowlling.
Parking on the 6th floor of the North Parking garage will make loading and unloading easy. There is no need to use the stairs or elevator. Covered parking garage for two vehicles.
One person in the party must be 25 years of age to rent.
The maximum capacity for this unit is 10 guests. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN AND INFANTS UNDER 2 YEARS OLD.
Per Panama City Beach fire codes. We cannot exceed 10 guests’ period.
NO PETS OR SMOKING WILL BE PERMITTED

With Panama City Beach being our closest beach, our family traveled here for years, always desiring to have our own place. In 2019 our dream came true with the purchase of unit #621 at Laketown Wharf. We have also acquired unit #622 and #615 over the past couple of years. After years of renting places from other owners, we feel like we have learned many secrets to making your vacation the best that it can be. Our units are spacious, conveniently located, modernized, and great parking with easy access from the garage without having to wait on an elevator. We have great restaurants onsite with more just steps away. Our balcony views are spectacular, and with 5 pools and 2 hot tubs it is a great place for both children and adults.
The beach, easily accessed through our private entrance, is powdery white and has all the activities that you can imagine. Come see why we have fallen in love with this area.

At the main pool, there is the Splash Bar for food and drinks, and 810 Billiards & Bowling.
