This clean, charming home is located just steps away from Newport's finest restaurants, vibrant waterfront, shopping and nightlife. The condo has a King bed in the Master Bedroom and comfortable Queen Size Pull-Out in the Living Room.

There is not a reserved parking spot associated with the condo but there is a large public parking lot located directly adjacent to the home. The cost from May-October is $20 per day $30 overnight. Parking from November-April is free.

WIFI, Fresh towels, linens, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Machine, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, silverware and plates, basic cookware, Iron, 50" Smart TV's, Air Conditioning, beach chairs and towels.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay and Troy was a great host. Condo is so very close to shops and restaurants and conveniently located across from parking. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Will stay again.

Great location. Close to almost everything including a cute Irish pub right across the street! Comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Easy (pay) parking right across the street.

Troy was an excellent host and always responded quickly to any questions I had. The place is very clean and had all the amenities I would need for my stay. You cannot beat the location because it is so close to everything. We parked our car across the street and walked everywhere. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and everything you need for (2 people) your stay in Newport! Perfect location for walking in town to shop, eat & sightsee. The only downfall is no parking, we lucked out being it was off season and able to grab a spot in the parking lot across the street.
