Waterfront remodeled 5 Star 1st floor condo located in Downtown Historic District on the quiet south end of the Cape Fear Riverwalk! Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and water views while you lounge or dine on the large fenced private deck. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, events and local attractions.

OWNER PROVIDES PARKING SPACE

Master Bedroom: Sweet dreams on this King Serta "Cool to touch" Memory Firm Mattress with Crown and Ivy cotton linens and down and feather pillows. Full size dresser and 55" smart TV.

Bath: Custom high end bath with towels, hairdryer and toiletries.

Kitchen and Dining: Dine alfresco on the patio along the river or inside at your hight top table for 2. Full kitchen, well equipped with Keurig coffee maker, pods and supplies.

Living Room: Stylish and comfortable living room with Poly and Bark Italian leather sofa overlooks the Cape Fear River. When it's time to drift off to sleep, the easily retractable sleeper sofa will send you to dreamland in no time.

Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer is located in hall closet. Laundry soap is provided.

Our stay was just as expected - it is very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Having a parking pass included was great and the parking lot was just a block away. The location is wonderful - we were able to walk to everything in the downtown area. The patio overlooking the riverfront was a great place to people watch and take in the scenery. Thank you for a wonderful visit; we will definitely be back!

My husband and I came for a couple of days and the property exceeded our expectations. It’s always the little things that matter the most. Creamers in the fridge for the coffee, toiletries bag (with tooth paste included as we forgot ours), body wash, shampoo, make-up remover, nice sheets, pillows (always important) and lastly washing machine pods! The view and location you CANNOT BEAT! We are coming back folks. We love Wilmington. Kudo’s to the owners. Cheers!

This was another absolutely lovely stay, and as always, we truly enjoyed our entire time here! Having stayed at this property multiple times, it continues to be our go-to getaway. The house features a beautiful view and offers incredible convenience, making it perfectly accessible to everything along the boardwalk. This will be my Wilmington Vrbo for all future visits. The place was absolutely immaculate; identical to the pictures. The location was incredible; quiet at night but just steps from everything. Carole is the best host; so accommodating, and she really has thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. 10/10!!

This place was absolutely wonderful and truly surpassed what we were hoping for. It was incredibly convenient to be within walking distance of so many fantastic dining options. The entire space was remarkably clean, which always makes for a more enjoyable stay. We were also treated to an absolutely breathtaking sunset view every evening. The host was also quite welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others. It's rare to find accommodations that tick all the boxes so perfectly. We're already looking forward to a potential return trip! Ideal parking is included.

What a truly wonderful stay we had at Carole’s little paradise, Riverwalk on Water! Beautifully and tastefully appointed from top to bottom, a well equipped kitchen, free parking, and a super responsive and helpful host! We have found our Wilmington retreat! Some of the best moments of our getaway were sitting on the patio watching people, puppies and spectacular sunsets! Honestly can’t say enough about this special place

Riverwalk on Water was everything we’d hoped for and then some. Extremely clean, very responsive host (although we didn’t need anything, but she reached out to check on us and assured us to call if we needed anything at all)We walked everywhere (plenty of restaurants and shops)except to Wrightsville beach, and across the bridge to the battleship.

The first time we came to Wilmington in 2010, we fell in love. At that time, the Riverwalk was quaint and small and as we strolled down its path we came upon these cute yellow cottage buildings and said to each other " Wouldn't it be so cool to own a piece of this iconic Riverwalk"? Well fast forward to 2022, 224 S. Water St. 1C came up for sale and the rest is history. We absolutely love this little condo and all it has to offer.
