Such a cute, chic condo! Great location to have as a home base for a weekend stay in Wilmington! Parking was convenient and so much is walkable in the riverwalk area, we didn’t even use our car!

We had an incredible stay! The condo was super clean and very comfortable furniture and bed. The best view ever drinking your morning coffee on the deck over looking the Wilmington riverwalk and Cape Fear River. The host was super and answered all my many questions quickly. Looking forward to a future stay.

Perfect location in downtown Wilmington, perfect view, excellent accommodations - felt like we were aboard a yacht! Lovely host - very responsive and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town. Highly recommend!

The free parking lot they provide a pass for was too far away from the unit. 6 blocks up the street. So we chose to pay for parking in the gravel lot directly across from the unit. Theres a bar on the first level that provided noise music well after 1030pm. Good location but they need to provide courtesy parking directly across from the unit

Host were great communicators. The location was perfect for walking downtown, but having the quiet of not being in the heart of downtown. Would stay again for sure.

The unit was exactly as advertised. So CLEAN!!!! Immaculate and tastefully decorated! The view of the river from our balcony was perfect for relaxing after a busy day of walking and site seeing. A very comfortable night’s sleep, let me also add!! Communication was always immediate and forthcoming before, and throughout, the entire stay; we never felt forgotten! The parking pass was free, but a little far off. We did find parking that was a decent price a couple of blocks away; free parking option is still very nice. There is plenty to do within walking distance! I will definitely stay again and tell others that may be looking at a trip in the Wilmington area! We had a wonderful time!!!! Thank you “Dwellia” team for such a wonderful stay for us!!

Great time!

My husband and I had a great time visiting Wilmington and we had a great place to stay. The view was incredible and it was within walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We will definitely be visiting again

Great Spot

Our stay was wonderful. It was a close walk to everything and was easy to find. The place was quiet and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone.
