Nashvilleurbanretreats presents this spacious 2 bed 2 bath that was outfitted by Nashville's best designer. Sliding doors lead to the largest outdoor deck with an electric grill in this boutique building. The deck has a curated space for outdoor dining and entertainment with a few fun outdoor games to loosen up before heading out to downtown Nashville, which is minutes away. Have some fun posing in front of a mural done by one of our favorite Nashville muralists as well as the cool neon angel wings.

The apartment is located IN THE CITY, and with that there are some city noises like traffic. We offer a sound machine for a relaxing night!

Paid parking garage plus plenty of street parking available.

IMPORTANT: You will receive a message up to 24 hours before your stay with unique entry codes. It will give you access from 3:00 pm check-in time until 10:00 am check-out time. The designated code will work on the unit door and all common doors in the building.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

New Years in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were 4 adults and two teenagers. It was clean and updated. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking a meal. The large private porch was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again if returning to the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Place in the Muse with hand painted palm leaves! So, refreshing.

The residents in the building were super nice, the hostess Bruna was quick to respond. The coffee was very good in the condo. My husband and son-n-law made a 2 min walk for beverages and adult beverages. We found street parking really easy. Uber is 3-4 minutes away each time.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful time at Bruna's. Location was great, and it IV drip place being next store was an added bonus. Super cute and comfy place to stay for a couple days! Will be back!

Much better than squeezing 4 of us in a hotel room! Close enough to walk to downtown if you want to. Nice unit and deck to spread out!

Modern and clean.

Perfect for our work trip. Walking distance tp many things. Secure building, and the deck was awesome! We spent every night hanging out there. The owner always quickly responded to my messages which was appreciated.

Perfect place

This property was in a great location, close enough to the strip to be convenient but far enough to avoid the noise. Patio was a nice hangout spot. The access to the building was easy and convenient. Will definitely use it again

Getting to know Nashville

The property was clean and well stocked. We have everything we needed for our stay. We had three in our party, but there were beds for many more. As mentioned in the description there is road noise. But luckily they provided a noise machine. The went to sleep to the sound of the ocean. We would stay there again

Celebrated a 21st birthday in Nashville. The accommodations could not have been more perfect for our group! Great location! The property is stylish, clean and comfortable. Has everything we needed. Highly recommend! Host is super responsive and helpful. Would definitely return to this property and to this awesome town. 🌟

Awesome place to stay!

Great place to stay! Very centric and near to everything. Very aesthetic and clean. Only cons were the pans, just need some non stick, the bed in the master doesn’t have a box spring and the bed is metal, so springs are noisy and uncomfortable, but other than that I would definitely rebook! My kids enjoyed it very much! Bruna is very responsive!

We Ubered to Broadway every day. The property is very close to the action. The neighborhood seemed safe with plenty of parking. The property was perfect for 4guests.

Great stay for a long weekend! The condo is in a safe building, very clean and decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable and it was the perfect space for 6 girls, the host was very accommodating and was always available to answer any questions we had, everything that was in the listing was accurate, the location was about a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway, would love to stay here again the next time we are in Nashville :)

Perfect Girls Trip

We absolutely loved this home! The pictures do not do it justice. Wait until you see the detail they add to make your stay the best. Not only was the property beautiful, Bruna was without a doubt, the best hostess! If you want the perfect quiet property, with a six minute uber from downtown, and a hostess that goes over and beyond, this is your place. When we do come back to Nashville, I hope this property is available! Thank you again, Bruna, for making our girl’s trip perfect!!

Sibling Gathering

My siblings and I were visiting Nashville to attend a celebration of life to honor our cousin who recently passed away. This property, beautifully maintained, was the perfect respite. It was so wonderful to be together in such a warm and comfortable place. Because of a terrible snowstorm, all travel was delayed. Our host was so accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay. We will definitely return. I highly recommend the property and this host!

21st Birthday trip for daughters

Two moms and each of our newly 21 year old daughters on a short trip to enjoy Nashville - had a great stay! Condo exactly as described- easy access, very clean, and safe. We used Uber as well as walked to several places. Appreciated the great coffee machine and that there is a security person at entry in evening. All questions asked of host answered very fast! Thank you!

Amazing!

The décor made for great photo opportunities! There was plenty of space for everybody to hang out, get ready and sleep without getting in each other's way. If you sleep on the bunk bed you can pull the privacy curtains and enjoy complete darkness. Turning on the kitchen light won't wake the sleeper. The host was very helpful and immediately resolved a minor issue we had. Location was close to downtown and felt very safe. I have recommended this condo to all of my friends and will hopefully have a chance to stay here again in the future.
