Great location to relax

Only stayed a couple of nights, but it made a perfect base camp for exploring the outer banks. The host was very helpful and the house had so many fun things to do.

Nice little getaway

Really enjoyed our stay! Right on the water and quiet. Loved sitting out on the deck and relaxing. Anytime we needed something the hosts were right on it! Definitely recommend!

Fabulous little bungalow with a beautiful view!

Amazing location!!

This place was just awesome. At the end of a street so there was some privacy. Amazing view from the front deck of the Currituck Sound, This was our first time staying here and any time we are in this area again we will be wanting to stay here!

Great Location and Great Hosts

Rented the property for a fishing trip with a few friends. Property was very clean and perfectly fit our needs. Hosts were very responsive and made sure our group had everything we needed. We will be back next year.

Forever memories

The location was perfect for visiting the places we wanted to see, and very quiet. The property was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The owners were so friendly and took care of us. We will be back for more forever memories!

Such a cozy beach themed home!

I recommend this house for your vacation in the Outer Banks, it’s a cute cozy house and has every thing you need with immediate responses from the Host. The view is amazing from the sunrises and sunsets to the brights stars shining on clear night skies.

Quiet & Clean

We had a wonderful stay here and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Our little ones loved fishing off the dock and hanging out on the porch! The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Perfect for our family of 5 :)

Relaxing mornings and evenings

The location of the house is perfect for having morning coffee on the deck, enjoying the breeze off the water and watching the sunrise. Evenings on the deck listening to the frogs, enjoying the evening breeze and relaxing from your day. The property owners are very responsive and friendly.

Relaxing, quiet neighborhood

The house was perfect for a birthday beach get away, with only a 25 min drive to the beach. There is a lot of attention to detail with this home, we really enjoyed using the kayaks and fishing poles that were supplied.

One of the best vacations ever!

Beach Cottage was easy to find, in a great location and beautifully maintained. Because a tropical storm was due, the owners came down and made sure we were OK. Dana and Matt are two of the nicest people we have ever met and we feel we have just made two new friends.

Great location and great communication from owner. Easy hassle free check-in & out process. Awesome waterfront views! Great job on finishing touches throughout home. Perfect for us as we were there to enjoy our anniversary and meet with family at Sanctuary Vineyards just 2 miles away. Would definitely rent again.

This property is located directly on the Currituck Sound overlooking various Outer Banks (OBX) towns. It is the perfect mix of beach and watertown. You can be to the beach in 15-20 minutes, golf in 5 minutes, winery in 5 minutes, and the water park in 10-15 minutes. It is the best of all worlds without being in the thick of the tourists in the OBX. Grandy is truly the most quaint place that I have frequented.
