A quiet retreat and perfect for your getaway to the Outer Banks!

J&K's Getaway is a quiet retreat and perfect for your weekend or week-long getaway to the Outer Banks! This newly constructed apartment is beautifully designed and decorated complete with a furnished kitchen, full bath, king size bed and living room. Perfect for resting after spending a day at the beach and in the sun! Linens and towels are provided and waiting for your stay. Located in the sought after Southern Shores community, you will be provided a pass for all the community amenities. This pass will provide you access to a private beach access, a sound park for beautiful sunsets, access to the marina- so bring your boat! Plus other amenities. We are also less then a 2 mile drive to the Kitty Hawk Beach access. There is a fire pit on site for relaxing evenings by the fire.

Very nice place to stay at. Neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, and close to stores and shops. Beach pass helped with getting good parking. Definitely worth it!

This was perfect for what we needed for our very quick trip. The parking pass made spending a short time on the beach easy and possible. The coffee selection was nice too! Very convenient location for us. Clean, well kept, and cozy.

We had a great stay. Close to shopping and local attractions. The host checked in with us mid week to see if we needed anything. If we come back to the Outer Banks, we will definitely stay here.

It was a nice quiet area. We loved to sit outside & watch the birds while having coffee in the morning. We also enjoyed use of the parking pass and the beach chairs. The bed was super comfortable! I loved all of natural light, but happy I brought a sleep mask or I would have had a difficult time with the big beautiful window in the bedroom. It would be helpful to have a couple solar lights on the stairs. We didn't want to leave the outside light on all day. If you like a quiet beach go check out Pea Island area. So much to explore and see in OBX!

It was a great stay! Communication was great. Houses are right on top of each other in a cul-de-sac. Title can be misleading.This is an apartment attached to a house that the hosts live in. It's not a house. Did not have two fire pits as listed. Also it was not quiet as the neighbors had trees being cut down at 8am and all day.(which i know was out of their control(Was not bad, but would not book again)

A wonderful place for both unwinding and adventures. The hosts provide total privacy, and it was easy to contact them. The place is new, clean and very comfortable. We felt well taken care of :)

The apartment was absolutely lovely, new, clean, and very comfortable. It was college football bowl season, so we appreciated the TV with DISH. Love the canal in the back for fishing. Thank you for sharing your property with others.

This place was very clean and well mantained. It was a very nice location for us. We especially enjoyed the choice of coffee and snacks left for us. We enjoyed the view from the deck but maybe the steps shoud be mentioned.

Very cute, clean and comfortable stay off the beaten path. Not too far from lots of activities. A parking pass is provided for a lovely beach access. Check-in was a breeze and unit is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!
