The unit is the ground floor of our split level Home. Unit is a short walk to the ocean across the 158. Public golf course is in our backyard. Free wi-fi, and Direct tv. Full kitchen. Covered patio with seating and gas grill, gas grill is off December tillend of March /winter conditions. Picnic table, New bathroom with spa shower, kitchen fully equipped, beds, flooring, private entrance with 2 parking spaces.

Greatfor relaxing at the beach. Centrally located by all amenities. Pet Friendly

The apartment is the ground level of our home. We are a split level home. It is Newly decorated to bring the feel of the beach into the home.

Sofa, chairs, snack tables, work table for laptop.
Kitchen has new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. All utensils, pots, dishes, glassware, silverware, Kuerig coffee maker. Toaster oven, microwave, tea pot.
Cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels.
Bathroom shower with spa shower head and jets with mirror and bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. And washing puffs .Vanity with large mirror and plenty of outlets.
Complimentary toilet paper, bath towels, wash cloths, sheets 2 sets.
Covered patio with chairs, Love seat and table over looking our garden

We are located on the golf course and you can walk to the club house. Also you can walk to the beach about 7 minutes. You can walk to our great restaurant about 4 minute walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The host responded promptly the one time I had to reach out, plus she even left home baked cookies which was really thoughtful. Overall great experience!

Deb was great. Homemade cookies upon arrival. Immaculate landscaping. Great location for walking the dog. Out the back door for a short cut through on a golf course or lovely neighborhood. 10-15 min. walk to the beach via crosswalk. Perfect getaway for my friend, her dog and I.

Charming lower floor of a house with its own entrance. Property has an absolutely gorgeous garden which is visible from the windows in the living room area. Check in and out was smooth, and the checkout procedure is reasonable and quickly completed.

Great spot in Kitty Hawk. Close to 158 and many restaurants. There is a good amount of room and the owners are very accommodating. We stayed with our dog, two cats, turtle, and snake while our attic was being encapsulated. Nice neighborhood where we could walk the dog. Just a short stroll to see the sunrise.

We had a fantastic stay. Our Host, Debra even had homemade cookies for us when we arrived.The gardens were beautiful and the location is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood central to everything we wanted to do. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!I even left my reading glasses and Debra mailed them back to me. I am so grateful for such a fantastic host!

the neighborhood was one of the only ones that had year round residents so it was a perfect place to live. Our place is a relaxing spot surrounded by gardens, with lots of flowering plants and a vegetable garden. We are also on the Seascape golf course.

Our place is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute car ride to the beach. We are centrally located near shopping and restaurants. Our place has everything you need to prepare a meal if you do not want to go out.
