I highly recommend this unit and these renters. They were tremendous in working with us when we arrived. Our check in day was the day Hurricane Isaias made landfall and there was no power and a lot of uncertainty, but our renters stayed on top of the situation and helped us through the entire process. They were compassionate and helpful and the entire experience went from possibly being a disaster to a very fun, family trip. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to PCB.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Property on the beach and within walking distance to breakfast restaurant and other places to eat. Also across the street from fun activity center. Property has an outdoor pool that closes at dusk.

This place was perfect for me and my son. The host sent all the info we needed in plenty of time for a smooth check in. The room was clean and well kept. The location is my favorite part... it's right on the beach so you can hear the waves as you fall asleep and wake up and we were able to walk almost the entire time. The beach and pool aren't extremely overcrowded compared to the neighboring areas. And our neighbors were all very friendly. I will definitely book this place again if we return.

Great value and Rhonda was so accommodating and communicative! The room was perfect for my daughter and I and we had everything we needed in the little kitchen. The location is perfect, close enough to restaurants and Pier Park but that area of the beach doesn’t get super crowded! We loved our stay and will be back!

Owner sent the entry code and access codes for the beach and pool early allowing us to enter the condo as soon as we arrived. The facility is older but very well maintained. Each condo is different but this one was very cute and felt like home. Tons of blankets and pillows for everyone Every thing was perfect for our stay. No noise problems, weather was great and the beach was clean and beautiful. We loved it.

Room was the perfect size for our family of four to sleep in! I didn’t realize there was a trundle bed under the day bed! Lol. The access to the beach being private made it so nice to be away from other beach users and enjoy our space without it being crowded. The pool was huge and we enjoyed the depth of the pool ranging from 3-9 ft. Centrally located by Alvinds island, and literally across the street from go matting and putt putt at hidden lagoon. This made our nights with the kids so easy! We felt very safe here with all of the security. Parking is a tough in the actually motel parking lot, but there is plenty extra along side the gate and across the street! This was such a cute and small spot and we hope to be back again!

The hotel is right on the beach. We had an awesome time. The host is super nice and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! The unit is close to the beach, so even going up and down stairs, it was really quick/easy. There is an elevator on premises, but we only used it for arrival and departure with all of our things. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. We met a couple residents and everyone was super friendly. The location was perfect!! We drove when we first arrived for supplies but were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. We took our own chairs/umbrella, but there are some available to rent-they’re located at the property just to the west.
