Thank you for your feedback on your stay. We are so sorry that your vacation did not live up to your expectations. We pride ourselves in giving guests the beach vacation that they dream of when they visit us on the Gulf Coast. We do state in all of your arrival information that the condos are provided with a starter pack of linens and supplies, as most vacation rental properties. We are, however, terribly sorry about the construction during your stay. We would love the opportunity to host you again and give you a better experience.

Regarding the vehicle warnings and property rules, please know that many of these guidelines—such as smoking areas and personal item storage—are enforced by the property’s HOA and security to ensure safety and consistency for all guests.
