"Oh What A View" is a remodeled studio condo offering the area's best views of the Smoky Mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. Located just above Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge. Outdoor pool (seasonal) and indoor pool and spas (year round) GREAT FOR COLD WINTER DAYS AND NIGHTS!
Located at 3,000 feet high, this little jewel is in one of Gatlinburg's most popular Resorts. The Summit Resort overlooks the area's only Ski Lodge and offers views for miles. Some of the best views in the Smoky Mountains!!!

"Oh What A View" is newly remodeled and is fresh and ready to go! Features include 2 new memory foam mattresses, wood burning fireplace (seasonal) , new appliances, new furniture, outdoor pool (seasonal) , deck with phenomenal view, grill/picnic area with playground, small arcade in clubhouse and onsite laundry facility.
Two comfortable queen beds allow for plenty of sleeping room. First queen bed is in overhead loft looking out sky windows. The second bed is a built in queen window bed, providing a phenomenal Mountain view right from the comfort of the bed!
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR but is only on 3rd floor.
Perfect for a romantic getaway or small families
Only a few minutes down the Mountain (about 4 miles) is downtown Gatlinburg. Ober Gatlinburg Ski Lodge is less than 2 miles, while the National Park is a mere 5 miles to the entrance. Nearby Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are about 20 minutes away.

"Oh What A View" offers a cozy and quaint setting, great location, unbelievable views, outdoor pool (seasonal), laundry facility, playground, wood burning fireplace (seasonal), fully equipped kitchen, two cable television screens and great wireless internet.

Cozy and cute

The views were amazing. My wife and I got married on Valentine’s Day and made this a little mini honeymoon for us. It was a great and cozy little place. Views were immaculate. Definitely recommend!!

Winter Trip

Wonderful Stay

Great property with amazing views. Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was located close to Gatlinburg and was just as described. Only complaint was the shower needs an upgrade but we loved the views and the pool/spa area.

Turn around

Very uninformed about location and confusing to get to. Plus the conditions of the bed and linen were very outdated. Shower body was shot and the water handle screw was off center, so couldn’t find the right temperature. The stairs to get up to the loft was not fastened securely. Felt like it wasn’t the place for us so we immediately left.

Tippy top of the mountain

Great place just not for the faint of heart with the drive up ot down the mountain. We loved the cabin the host was great and the cabin was just as advertised. Host answered any and all questions very promptly. Beautiful views

Beautiful getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. We were blown away by the view! It was so nice to have coffee out for the sunrise and drinks at sunset. It had all of the amenities we needed and a full kitchen. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub, but they looked nice as well! Highly recommend.

This property was everything we expect. ,,,A+ on cleanliness the host was easy to reach and responded in a timely manner Thank you Daniel. The only thing I suggested is updated the white towels due to stains.

Bear country should be the listing name

Honestly this condos once upon a view is a wonderful name for this location!! One thing the listing did not include was the amount of BEARS roaming the property. The number of cars which were damaged in the parking lot were insane! One car had their car damaged so badly the spoiler was ripped off by the bear scratched and damaged. Open vehicles beware the bears are in your car. My car left with a few scratches and I had no food left in my car and my doors were locked. No way around it in this parking lot.

Anniversary Getaway

The property was exactly like the description. It was clean and very nice. If you want to see bears this is the spot. There’s a family that comes every morning.

Great views

My wife loved the great views from the balcony and the bed. Cozy. Appreciated the personal touch that the owner messaged us to check to make sure we had arrived ok. Very responsive to messages. Saw several bears from the condo and around the complex (which we love, others may be apprehensive but if you respect their space they'll leave you alone.) Highly recommend

Family getaway

We enjoyed staying at the condo for a week for our family vacation. When we pulled into the parking lot there was a mama bear and 2 cubs walking the parking lot of the condo. We had many bear sightings around the condo and off our balcony. Our favorite part of our stay was seeing the sun rise off the balcony as we drank our morning coffee and the view is absolutely extraordinary! The condo was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we come to the mountains!

Amazing Stay

This condo was so awesome. We were amazed by how beautifully decorated it was. Nothing could beat the views that we had on the balcony. We did not expect to be that far up on the mountain but it was definitely worth it. The space was very clean, and the host was great and made sure we checked in ok.

Picture perfect views!!!

It was exactly as described!! The views were amazing!! We saw a bear daily on our way either to or from the condo. I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Gatlinburg that wants the full Smoky Mountain experienced!!

Owning several properties in the area, I am very picky about properties purchased. This property was so appealing in just a small little floor plan. The view does not get any better in all the Smoky Mountains and and it is just a couple minutes from the ski lodge and downtown Gatlinburg
