Secluded condo on the river - Two minute walk to downtown

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

Gatlinburg Trip 2025

This condo was walking distance to everything on the strip in Gatlinburg. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until time to leave. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful get away!

Great location! Walking distance to the strip and Secluded enough to not be stressful. Had a safe feeling. Very nice unit. Definitely will come back! And recommend!

Wonderful condo, close to attractions

Beautiful, clean condo perfect for the two of us. Close to Gatlinburg attractions, no need to drive unless you want to. The only drawback is parking is very tight.

Very Peaceful

This was a great place to stay, very easy to get to and within walking distance of downtown, great view and very quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family of 4 or less. All 3 pools were very close to drive to, all within a 10 minute drive.

Gatlinburg 2024

We loved the river and the peaceful area the condo was located in. The condo was very clean and was within walking distance to town! I loved the balcony off the living room! So nice to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. I would definitely stay here again! We had an amazing trip! The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation!

Good stay

Had a good stay, location is nice too! Of note unit was a bit buggy with worm like bugs in the bathroom alive and dead, unit was clean other than that. A but noisy until haunted Manson next door stops there music.

Close and convenient

We spent 5 nights and enjoyed our stay from start to finish!!! The management/owner made sure everything was top notch. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We even had an amazing surprise on our last evening a bear was in the parking lot. I LOVED it because I could watch and video tape from the safety of our balcony. I would highly recommend this property it was money well spent.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable!

This condo was exceptionally clean. It looks brand spanking new on the inside and out. The kitchen is very well equipped, the appliances were all in perfect working order and the washer/dryer combo was an added plus. The location cannot be beat if you enjoy walking in Gatlinburg. It is the perfect size for a couple and we loved the balcony. Management was friendly and helpful and check in/out was easy peasy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Hidden Gem

This condo is tucked away from the street right next to the Skylift Park station. It was exactly as described and within easy walking distance to the parkway for shopping and dining. The condo was like new, impeccably clean, and well stocked for our stay. When he have an opportunity to return to Gatlinburg, I will book again without hesitation.

Condo on the river

This place was awesome. Everything looked new(it was one of the buildings that burned in the fires so it isnt very old) and was clean. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the strip in Gatlinburg. Being able to look out at the river was nice. The SmartTV was nice.

Easy walk to Parkway

We wanted to be able to walk everywhere at Parkway. It was an easy walk to everything from Anakeesta to Crockett’s Breakfast. The only thing that could have made the stay better is to request a top floor. We were in the bottom floor, and the people above us were very loud and stayed up late! I would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip

The first impression was questionable but I was pleasantly surprised. Location to downtown was awesome and other than some heavy walkers upstairs there was no real complaints. Overall, it was good

Perfect location for a week long stay

The property was just as advertised. The location was wonderful. It was within walking distance to food and shopping. Easy to get into and out of when we wanted to drive into the park. Loved sitting out on the balcony until the wasps showed up. We did find a couple of small nests, so we just kept an eye out after that. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was some street noise, but not bad at all for the location. Really liked that it was off the main street.

Perfect holiday weekend getaway!

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend getaway during the holiday season, and it was absolutely perfect. Perfect location and very comfortable accommodations. Downtown Gatlinburg was just a few steps away and the gondola is right next door. The only complaints I have is that the parking was pretty tight, and aside from a bar of soap and toilet paper, there weren’t any toiletries in the restroom. Those two things are very minor and wouldn’t prevent me from renting this unit again! We will definitely be back
