Secluded condo on the river - Two minute walk to downtown

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

Loved how close this was to everything. We were able to park our car and just walk. The unit was immaculate and the bed was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. Plan to stay again. Thanks!

Perfect Location in the Heart but off the beaten path

This was perfect location in the heart of Gatlinburg but off the beaten path. We will definitely be staying here again. Super clean and all the amenities that my husband and I needed.

No swimming pool on site. We heard a strange noise all night that at first sounded like someone was trying to get in, but later realized it was coming from the hot water heater. Parking was very tight for a full-size Tundra—had we known, we would have driven our car instead. The location was great, close to everything, which we really enjoyed. However, the floors were not clean; my wife's socks were dirty just from walking around inside. Check-in was smooth with no issues.Thank you.

Gatlinburg Trip 2025

This condo was walking distance to everything on the strip in Gatlinburg. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until time to leave. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful get away!

Great location! Walking distance to the strip and Secluded enough to not be stressful. Had a safe feeling. Very nice unit. Definitely will come back! And recommend!

Wonderful condo, close to attractions

Beautiful, clean condo perfect for the two of us. Close to Gatlinburg attractions, no need to drive unless you want to. The only drawback is parking is very tight.

Very Peaceful

This was a great place to stay, very easy to get to and within walking distance of downtown, great view and very quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family of 4 or less. All 3 pools were very close to drive to, all within a 10 minute drive.

Gatlinburg 2024

We loved the river and the peaceful area the condo was located in. The condo was very clean and was within walking distance to town! I loved the balcony off the living room! So nice to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. I would definitely stay here again! We had an amazing trip! The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation!

Good stay

Had a good stay, location is nice too! Of note unit was a bit buggy with worm like bugs in the bathroom alive and dead, unit was clean other than that. A but noisy until haunted Manson next door stops there music.

Close and convenient

We spent 5 nights and enjoyed our stay from start to finish!!! The management/owner made sure everything was top notch. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We even had an amazing surprise on our last evening a bear was in the parking lot. I LOVED it because I could watch and video tape from the safety of our balcony. I would highly recommend this property it was money well spent.
