This Hallmark-like setting is located 6 miles from downtown Montrose on Spring Creek Mesa. Feel the serenity as you sit on large covered porches or walk the meandering paths along canal waterways and cattail ponds. This memorable place with the back dropped mountain views, is anything but ordinary.

This is one of the best places we've ever rented - and we've been renting for many years in many locations and for many reasons. For our purposes this trip - with 4 adults and 3 young children - we found it to perfectly accommodate our needs.

Just a lovely, peaceful and quiet place to stay. Not inexpensive but worth every penny. A wonderful setting in a spotless house. We were there for a week for our wedding and will stay there again next time we are in Montrose. Highly recommended place to stay!

I can't say enough positive things about this beautiful home in Montrose. We spent most of our days traveling to Ouray, Telluride or "jeeping" in the Mountains. Our evenings were on the front or back porch, having a glass of wine and enjoying our vacation. The home was clean, well-maintained, with a wonderful air conditioner and full kitchen. The hosts allowed us to park our car in the garage, which was fantastic. You can't go wrong with this VRBO booking.

We stayed here with 4 adults. New, very clean, pleasant farm country setting after visiting nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

Fantastic Home

We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the property. Both were beautiful. We enjoyed the distance from town and the quiet. We also enjoyed travel distances to our destinations. We would gladly stay in the home again.

Perfect

The house is brand new, very clean, very comfortable with great accommodations and obviously well thought out. Communicating with the property manager was easy and timely. This listing is truly a home away from home and we will definitely try to stay here next time we are in town. The setting is incredible! Would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Montrose.

Family trip to Hike Black Canyon of the Gunnison and stay in Montrose .

Beautiful home on large open space ranch. Home appears brand new. Beds very comfortable. Large kitchen with most essentials to feed the family. Lovely porch with rocking chairs! Really appreciated the pack n play for our grand daughter and the wash tub for our dog! Highly recommend this home.

Excellent hosts with a Beautiful House and tranquil location

We where in town visiting friends with our 6 kids (ages 8 months to 7 years old). Only 15 min from down town, but far enough out in the that things are very quiet. Joel and Michelle were very thoughtful and provided a printed guide with a map of the property (with walk/running trail), local activities and attractions to try, as well as a plate of cookies on the counter. Our family loves the board games and puzzles in the hall closet. Definitely a fashionable modern farmhouse interior which would make Chip and Joanna Gains proud. Also, the mattresses and pillows were fantastic and our whole family slept well!
