This place checked all the boxes for us! The home is beautiful and very comfortable to relax in. The fire pit on the deck outside was fabulous. We enjoyed using it in the morning and in the evening. The home is spacious, clean and has beautiful natural light. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We will happily stay again when we're visiting the area.

Beautiful Home! I booked this for my son who had his wedding in Aptos. They loved the place and it was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, updated and had all the amenities needed. The host comunicated well and check in was quick and easy. I would definately use this home again and suggest to friends who may be staying in the area. Five stars all the way around!!

It’s pretty pricey, but you get a lot for it. What a gorgeous place! Fully equipped with everything we needed indoors, with a fabulous outdoor deck. We loved it.

The bed in the second bedroom upstairs was not comfortable. The mattress was smaller than the frame which made it weird to get in and out. Pillows were not comfortable either.

The home was so beautiful and the view was amazing! Everything is well stocked and so clean. Beautiful deck with plenty of room for everyone. Our kids are grown, but they even had a highchair next to the dining table, which we found very thoughtful. The bathrooms were all beautiful and even had heated floors. Very easy check in and check out process. We have stayed in many houses, in the Santa Cruz area, and this was one of our favorites. This is a very quiet neighborhood, so be cautious of noise levels with the neighbors.

The house was very clean, spacious, and was perfect for our group. There were not many things that the kids could “get into” like decor/trinkets which is nice for a vacation home. The patio is spacious, has plenty of seating for both relaxing and dining, and the addition of the grass area for our kids to run and play was perfect. The kitchen having essentials like some spices, oil, and misc cutlery/supplies was a nice touch! This often goes overlooked by rentals but makes a difference for guests. The bedrooms were perfect. Each having access to their own bathroom made daily routines a breeze. (And the heated floor in the master bath was sooo nice)The home is well kept, with some small signs of renovation/remodeling. Nothing that interfered with the stay. A few “annoyances” were: 1) that many windows did not have screens, which when opening to enjoy the fresh coastal air allowed additionally flying friends to enjoy the home with us. 2) the master bedroom balcony door only stayed closed when fully locked. It’s as if the alignment is off and it won’t stay closed without being locked.3) the 2nd upstairs bedroom window screen was wonky and the frame was ready to pull away from the windows.These are just things that could use some looking after.4) otherwise...was a GREAT place to stay.THANK YOU

Beautiful house! This is a very clean beautiful house that my family loved staying in. We enjoyed the second living room with a super comfy couch and huge TV. The house was well stocked especially the kitchen!Beds are very comfortable too.Highly recommend!!
