Great house on the beach. Check out the kooky coconut right next door for ice cream and sandwiches. Would definitely stay again!

This place was absolutely beautiful and homey feeling. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in the door! Beautiful, relaxing music from the TV, a big bowl of snacks, ( our boys REALLY appreciated this!) a very well stocked kitchen, and toiletry accommodations including a toothbrush and toothpaste in each bathroom! There were plenty beach towels available and the room in the garage we'll stocked with beach accessories was greatly appreciated! The ocean view from the 2nd and 3rd floor balcony was breathtaking!! Technically, the location is walking accessories to delicious restaurants and shopping, and our favorite was ice cream from The Kooky Coconut, just a few steps away!! The beds were very comfortable; we all slept well! The pool was warm and relaxing as well. I would, however, recommend a rail be installed for older, more feeble people. This was definitely a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend a multiple family booking for the entire duplex, so friends and loved ones can have the opportunity to enjoy it all together!!

Beautifully decorated and designed condo. Was well stocked when we arrived. Beautiful location and quiet.

Beautiful beachfront house

Loved our stay here. Only problems were dryer was not working and the heating system was noisy in bedroom on the kitchen level.

Friend Birthday Trip

Wonderful house and location for a girls’ trip. We had the best time. House was perfect and clean. Great restaurants just an Uber away. Beautiful sunsets from the house.

Beautiful beach front property

The property delivered as promised - great location, right on the beach, beautiful unit in great condition with a pool. Only minor issue was noise from the adjoining unit - a lot of people at the pool late at night. Otherwise - a fantastic property with all needed amenities, including beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids.

Birthday fun/2 weeks

Our group was very impressed with this townhouse.. modern/ clean/enough starter supplies / property manger is very knowledgeable/ friendly / we had to share a pool with our neighbors… no problems .. location location … we would rent again .. three sisters / and hubbies

If you want a wonderful place to stay with your family and friends that meets all you needs, terrific kitchen, wonderful beds, fabulous view, great location, and plenty of privacy you will find it all in this gorgeous home. While other beachfront properties require a walkway entrance to the beach this one is has direct access to the sands of Indian Rocks Beach. The host was so good to work with and they could not have offered a better place for our family to enjoy time together. Book it!!! You will not be sorry!!

There is lots of room to spread out and relax. Then there are the balconies...yes 2 of them as well as a main floor patio space, which provide so much outdoor living area.
