River at our back door was outstanding. Blankets kept us warm in the AM. Coffee helped also. Close to downtown, and a wonderful breakfast place within walking distance. I'd like to see outlets a bit closer to the sides of the bed. Wonderful vacation, would stay there again, without question.If you are looking for a nice place to stay, book here today!!!

The condo was so cutely decorated and had all the amenities and more! We loved that you could hear the river from the front and back of the condo and that it was an easy walk to downtown. We’ve always stayed in cabins outside of town, but wanted to try an in town condo. We will definitely consider this again for future Estes Park visits.

The condo was very clean and updated appliances and decor. The proximity to town was a very short walk. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately- great customer service.

This place felt like home. It is in a great location, it’s clean, has quality finishes, comfortable beds and furniture. The check in was easy, the host was responsive and we had a wonderful stay. I would stay here again.

Perfect spot for Estes and RMNP
My son and I really enjoyed our stay! Walking distance to downtown and close to RMNP. Sitting on the back patio to the babbling sound of the river was sublime. The soap and lotions in the bathrooms are the small but wonderful touches that made our visit relaxing and fun!

Great Place on the River
This condo was perfect for a long weekend in the mountains. The location was great as we could just walk to town for dinner. The drive to RMNP was easy too. We went to sleep at night with the sounds of the river as background noise. The finishes in the condo were fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice unit!
Easy walk to center of town. Unit only has one full bath. Very comfortable for 2-4 people.

Location was amazing with the river directly outside, being able to walk downtown in just a couple of minutes, and RMNP so close. Very nicely updated condo. Comfortable beds. The living area is spacious, the kitchen is compact with just a small counter and 2 stools to eat at but we didn't mind. Would love to see the upstairs carpet updated. Hard floors on main level were great. Would definitely come back.

Great place!
This condo was fantastic for my family. It was the same as the listing pics and had all the amenities listed and was super clean. We kept the windows open and you can hear the stream and see elk in the mornings right out back. We will be back for sure!

Great stay in Estes Park
Very clean and excellent location. Was content with a river view from the parking lot but was pleasantly surprised with a river view that curved around the whole unit and was right next to our back patio. Would have loved a washer and dryer but we did fine without it.

Loved it!
I was in awe of how well this met our needs. The condo is well done and provided all that we needed. It was clean and well prepared for us. Even had a first aid kit we ended up using. Easy in and out! There is not a washer and dryer, which was fine for our length of stay with no kids. Right in the river which is beautiful. Also, very easy access to down town! Will be staying here again.

Top Notch Property
Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this immaculately clean, comfortable and conveniently located property. The queen size bed in the second bedroom was perfect for our two kids (ages 6 and 8) to comfortably share. The river located just a few steps away provided peaceful white noise each night and an delightful area for our kids to explore. The bedding, towels and amenities (i.e. hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion) were great quality.
The building is a bit tucked away and clearer instructions to find it for the first time would be helpful as GPS turned us around a few times.
