This was a wonderful little space for just me. I had to be in Durango for 2 weeks and I was so comfortable and happy in my little Air b & b

Good location

The property is clean and well maintained. It would be good for kids because of the large field and creek.

We had an amazing stay here!! Brittany was very responsive and friendly. The space was spotless! I would definitely stay here again. Perfect distance from Durango and the Durango hot springs! :)

Amazing place

This place is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Super clean, very well equipped, great property owners, and just a wonderful overall experience. I travel a ton, and this is one of the best ever. Highly recommended!

Check-in was very smooth & easy. Perfect location. Enjoyed all aspects of the home. Beautiful area. A little road noise but not distracting. Host was easy to contact & responded quickly. Great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous place inside & out! Situated midway between historic (and fun) Durango & the Purgatory ski resort! The hosts have gone over and above the call of duty with an efficient and extremely well equipped, squeaky clean property that feels like home away from home. Well done! Great communication with hosts, very easy check in & check out.

This was our first time using VRBO. Have to say it was a wonderful experience all the way around. The facility was in great shape being clean and well stocked with everything a person could need in a home--even a carrot scrapper. The host had left a nice note and flowers for our arrival. We were able to meet the host and family. All were very friendly making us feel welcome in their home.If there is any negative to the property it's the location in relation to a major road. This made it quite noisy when sitting outside. However, when you were inside, there was virtually no noise to be heard. Great insulation!Were we ever to get back to Durango, we'd make every effort to stay in this property. The amenities and the host are too special not to take advantage. Overall, a wonderful week.

Loved our Stay!

We enjoyed our stay in the "barndominium" apartment very much! The creek across the field was beautiful. Sitting on the back porch was a real treat, especially morning and evening as the trains went by. The apartment had everything we needed, and was very clean. It was a wonderful and relaxing weekend!

This rental is pristine and like new. We stay at a lot of rentals and this is the cleanest, best organized and well equipped place we have ever stayed. If you want clean, secure and comfy with a view off patio, this one is it. We will be back.

Home Away From Home

This property is an excellent experience all around. To begin with, it is meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen is well equipped with everything a family needs to prepare meals. The bathroom is spacious with a washer, dryer and closet. It has a larger master bedroom with a king sized bed. The garage is perfect for storing equipment and other supplies. There is a cute porch to have outdoor meals. Finally, there is a gentle flowing river to explore while you enjoy the Mountain View’s.
