Classic Santa Cruz Getaway!
This immaculate home is a perfect location for the classic Santa Cruz getaway!
It is located a half block off West Cliff Drive and just a block from the wharf and beach. It is a short walk to the boardwalk, Lighthouse Surf Museum and downtown Santa Cruz. The wharf is known for dining, night life, viewing sea lions, fishing and boat tours. This Townhome is within a well-maintained gated complex and includes access to the communal swimming pool and hot tub. The Condo is situated on three levels. The main living area features a comfortable seating area across from gas fireplace and 50” Ultra HDTV. There is also a half bath on this floor. The numerous windows allow for plenty of natural sunlight. The galley style kitchen is well equipped. A small covered balcony extends from the kitchen and includes a propane BBQ. The second level features a master bedroom suite, a second bedroom with small covered deck and a shared full bathroom. The balconies are south facing so get the sun most of the day. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beach theme décor. The third level is a large game room / sleeping area. There is a 55” Ultra HDTV, game table and 6 chairs, a sleeper sofa (full size), and 2 twin beds. Laundry facilities and a one car garage are located on the ground level for parking or storing your bicycles, boogie & surf boards, kayaks, and beach gear.
Nearby Cowell Beach and Steamers Lane offer world class surfing. Downtown Santa Cruz is known for its tree lined streets, filled with vibrant shops and galleries, outdoor bistros and sidewalk musicians.
Enjoy a jog, bike or stroll down the waterfront 2 mile path on West Cliff Drive that stretches from the wharf to Natural Bridges State Park. Natural Bridges is known for its Monarch butterflies and tide pools. Golfers can enjoy nearby Delaveaga or Pasatiempo Golf Course.

Cable is available in loft/top level. Streaming available in the family room.
Parking is limited to the garage for an average sized car. Also have street parking nearby. No parking within complex as they are permitted spots only.
Pool is managed by the association. We are unable to guarantee that the pool will be open and available during your stay.
