not Biker Friendly

this is a nice place, but it's not biker friendly. getting in & out of the parking garage was a pain. most places let all the motorcycles park on the first floor. If you have a trailer you have to park it a mile away. Plus I had to pay 81 to park my motorcycle in the parking garage & 108 to park my truck & trailer in a overfill lot a mile away. won't be back.

Labor Day trip

This condo was perfect for a weekend holiday trip. We loved that there was so much on site at the property. It was clean, the owner was easily reachable.

Do not stay here / host will scam you

Absolutely do not stay here!!! We arrived and the entire place was flooded from the toilet all the way throughout the living room/kitchen/hallways/bathroom etc. Kimberly the host was not able to help us and we spent hours on the phone with vrbo support. It took two days out of our four day stay to get all of the toilet water cleaned up and we were promised a partial refund from the host. She never issued any refund and is now trying to scam us into not giving us a refund. This host also knew this place had issues with the toilet flooding as all of the trim is destroyed by this flooding, and she doesnt fix the toilet causing this issue. I really did not want to have to write a bad review but with this host lying to us and then ghosting us and doing everything not to give us any money back, i want to warn others of their unprofessionalism. It honestly ruined our vacation and it’s a shame this host isn’t more willing to help. Also- the maintenance number on the fridge is not even the correct company for maintenance for this unit! I would include pictures but this review won’t allow me to.

Great view but.....

We arrived first day of our stay early, no big deal, sent owners a message and they let us know we would receive the code at 4. At 4:15 we had to send another email requesting the code. Arrived in our room and it was very clean and cozy. There was an odor in condo, the garbage disposal was clogged and the sink was clogged and leaking under the sink. Sent owners message and they claimed they would call maintenace. No one ever called or showed up. Later that evening we discovered the toilet in one of the bathrooms wouldn't flush and was running over the top of the tank. We shut that off so nothing flooded. Saturday morning I turned the stove on to find out it only went to 298, not really sure what is wrong there. Lastly, the washer and dryer were also out of order. We messaged the phone number on the paper of the fridge, response we got was " we no longer service this unit, please remove the paper off the fridge' so I emailed through the app. Thankfully it was just the 2 of us, and not the rest of our kids. Very disappointing to say the least. Now on to the actual property. Parking was a mess and always busy. The pool was a little disappointing- laid our stuff in the chairs while we lounged in the pool. Came back to find the staff had removed our towels and put them in "lost and found" which was stolen. Great location- you have plenty to walk to. There was live music by the pool which was nice to sit on the balcony and listen to.
